    • A chip card holding mechanism includes a support bracket defining a receiving chamber and an opening communicating with the receiving chamber; a resilient member fixed to the support bracket at an end of the support bracket opposite to the opening, and partial received in the receiving chamber; a latching assembly rotatably fixed to the support bracket and further comprising a pair of latching portions; and a tray slidably assembled to the support bracket, in which the tray comprises an accommodating space defined thereon to receive a chip card, and a pair of opposite sidewalls adjacent to the accommodating space, each sidewall defining a latching groove according to the corresponding latching portion; and the tray is received in the receiving chamber by having the latching portions of the latching assembly engaged in the latching grooves and resisting against the resilient member. An electronic device using the same is also provided.

    • A washer includes a wedge-shaped main body, a wedge-shaped adjusting portion moveably positioned on the main body and a flexible connecting portion interconnecting the main body and the adjusting portion. The main body defines a through hole through which the screw passes. The main body includes a bottom surface and a positioning surface angled relative to the bottom surface. The adjusting portion includes a flat contact surface and a latching surface contacting the positioning surface of the main body. The latching surface is angled relative to the contact surface. A wedge angle of the adjusting portion equals that of the main body, thus the bottom surface of the main body is substantially parallel with the contact surface of the adjusting portion.

    • An electronic device includes a housing, a fixed frame, a plurality of conductive foam pieces, and a display panel. The fixed frame is assembled and received within the housing. The fixed frame defines a plurality of fixing grooves adjacent to a periphery of the fixed frame. The conductive foam pieces are assembled within the fixing grooves of the fixed frame, respectively, and are coplanar with the fixed frame. The display panel is flatly mounted on the fixed frame and received within the housing together with the fixed frame. The periphery of the display panel tightly contacts with the conductive foam pieces.

    • An exemplary latching mechanism for folding drive bay door (10) includes a cover panel (12), two brackets (14), two link members (184), a rotatable member (16), and two elastic members (22). The cover panel is configured for covering an entrance of an electronic device. The cover panel forms two pivotally rotatable portions (122) on opposite ends. The brackets are fixed to the electronic device. Each of the brackets defines a guiding hole for receiving the pivotally rotatable portions of the cover panel. Opposite ends of each link member are rotatably connected to the cover panel and the rotatable member correspondingly. The rotatable member is rotatably connected to the brackets. Two ends of each elastic member resist one of the two brackets and the rotatable member correspondingly.
