摘要： A fuel cell manufacturing method is provided by which an unbroken strip of sheet material is sent through a molding process, an MEA assembly process and a modularization process, and is separated into individual modules in a batch process. In the molding process, separators are sequentially molded on the strip of sheet material, and a separator strip is produced in which the separators are connected together by runners. In the MEA assembly process and the modularization process, MEAs are sequentially assembled on the separator strip in which a series of the separators are connected together by the runners, and a module strip is produced in which a series of the modules are connected together by the runners. In the batch process, the series of modules is separated into the individual modules by cutting and removing the runners from the module strip.

摘要： An olefin thermoplastic elastomer composition which is superior in the resistance to oils, heat resistance, formability and flexibility is provided, said elestomer composition comprising the components(A) 40–90 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin having a melt flow rate (determined at 230 ° C. under a load of 2.16 kg according to ASTM D 1238) of 0.1–5 g/10 minutes,(B) 10–60 parts by weight of a copolymer rubber based on olefin, the contents of the components (A) and (B) summing up to 100 parts by weight, and(C) 20–150 parts by weight of a softener,wherein the composition is in such a cross-linked state that the gel content thereof amounts to 97% by weight or higher.

摘要： A waste heat recovering device for a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, wherein among a plurality of exhaust pipes extending from cylinders of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, a plurality of exhaust pipes unlikely to cause exhaust interference are collected to form one or more collecting pipes. A heat exchanger for recovering heat of exhaust gas is provided in the one or more collecting pipes. Therefore, a waste heat recovering device can be provided, in which the number of heat exchangers is reduced compared to the number of cylinders of the multi-cylinder internal combustion engine to reduce rest periods of the heat exchanger and reduce spaces occupied by the heat exchanger.

摘要： A steering wheel for motor vehicles which is composed of a steering wheel base covered with a skin material of: (I) 10-50 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin (A); and (II) 90-50 parts by weight of a block copolymer (B) including a polymer block (a) of styrene or a derivative thereof and an isoprene polymer block or an isoprene-butadiene copolymer block (b), the polymer or copolymer block containing 40% or higher of isoprene units bonded at 3,4- position relative to the total isoprene units and 97% or more of the double bonds having been hydrogenated, (the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight). The skin material for the steering wheel is a soft, injection-moldable thermoplastic olefin elastomer composition having a low specific gravity and good wear resistance, which is capable of recycling and gives excellent feel of touch.
