摘要： In order to enhance the working efficiency of assembling a heat exchanger in which two types of heat exchangers are integrated, there is provided a heat exchanger in which the size of the dummy tubes, which are the third tubes arranged in the portion between the first and the second radiator, and that of the first and the second tubes are made to be the same and further the size of the fins arranged between the dummy tubes and that of the first and the second fins are made to be the same. In order to reduce the occurrence of defective brazing of the separator to the header tank and in order to make it possible to easily repair the defective brazing portion, there is provided a hole in a portion of the header tank.

摘要： A blower having an axial fan driven by a rotating drive source and enclosed by a shroud assembly including a substantially cylindrical fan shroud enclosing an outer circumference of the axial fan, and a protective unit provided with a plurality of support beams extending from the fan shroud toward an air intake side of the blower and cooperating with a plurality of ring-like members so as to form a protective net member for preventing entrance of any unfavorable substances such as foreign matter or a human finger into the shroud assembly, and a plurality of support ribs operating as a physical rib members and as protective members preventing entrance of the unfavorable substances from a radially outer region of the blower into the interior of the shroud assembly. The support ribs are arranged so as to provide a large spacing between the ribs and the outer circumference of the axial fan to thereby reduce generation of turbulence of the intake air resulting in a lowering of the hissing or whistling sound of the air flowing across the support ribs and through the axial fan.

摘要： In a tank-integrated shroud, a shroud body has an air guiding wall having a first surface along which air flows and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The air guiding wall has a looped projection on the second surface. The looped projection forms a recess therein that is recessed from the first surface of the air guiding wall. A tank has an opening at one side. The periphery of the opening is welded to the looped projection of the shroud body, so the tank is integrated with the shroud body. During welding, a part of a welding jig is inserted into the recess of the looped projection.
