摘要： The disclosed exhaust treatment device for a diesel engine can prevent heat damage to a DPF when regenerating said DPF. If a selection device (7), which selects whether to allow or prohibit an automatic DPF regeneration process, is set to prohibit the automatic DPF regeneration process, a DPF regeneration control device (4) is made able to start a process to cancel execution of the automatic DPF regeneration process. If the selection device (7) is set to allow the automatic DPF regeneration process, the DPF regeneration control device (4) retracts the cancellation of the automatic DPF regeneration process, allowing execution of the previously-cancelled automatic DPF regeneration process to begin.

摘要： An optical communications system which offers flexible and efficient cross-connect capabilities without using optical switch modules. With external commands, a variable wavelength setting unit varies output wavelength of each transmission unit. It also provides an output wavelength description indicating which wavelengths can be produced. An optical signal transmitter transmits an outgoing optical signal with the controlled wavelength, while an optical signal receiver receives an incoming optical signal with a single particular wavelength which have been produced through WDM processes. In a WDM unit, a WDM controller controls optical multiplexers and demultiplexers, and the resultant signals go out through optical output ports which are each associated with particular output wavelengths. In a monitoring station, an administration controller manages administrative data concerning connections and operations of transmission units, and based on that data, an optical cross-connect controller set up connections via the WDM unit, sending commands to the variable wavelength setting unit.

摘要： A developing apparatus including a hopper storing toner and carrier and a roller disposed in an opening of the hopper. A carrier stopper is provided on a front wall of the hopper proximate the opening having an arced surface concentrically opposing an upper portion of the roller. Thus, a blend layer volume is formed in a first space between the carrier stopper and the roller for storing a blended layer of carrier and toner such that the carrier stopper prevents carrier from scattering outside the blend layer volume and the conjunctional effect of rotating the roller and of the magnetic force of the rotary magnets in the roller blends the carrier and toner stored in the blended layer. A sub-hopper, proximate the blend layer volume, is also formed by a second space between the carrier stopper and a lateral bottom wall of the hopper for storing toner to be provided to the blended layer.
