摘要： A discharging device for discharging liquids includes an outer housing encompassing an inner chamber, a liquid storage receptacle, a discharge orifice, a delivery device for delivering liquid from the storage receptacle to the discharge orifice, a cap that covers the discharge port orifice when present on the outer housing in a safety position, and a manual actuator adapted to actuate the delivery device and which is movable relative to the outer housing between a neutral relative position and an actuated relative position. The cap and the manual actuator cooperate so that displacement of the manual actuator is mechanically blocked when the cap is in its safety position. A locking element that is movable in relation to the outer housing is constrainedly coupled with the movement of the manual actuator and extends in the actuated position through a hole in the outer housing to a region that the cap blocks when mounted in its safety position.

摘要： The invention relates to a discharging device for discharging liquids, an outer housing (10) encompassing an inner chamber, a liquid storage receptical (52), a discharge orifice (20), a delivery device (54) for delivering liquid from said liquid storage receptacle (52) to said discharge orifice (20), a cap (70) that covers the discharge port (20) when present on said outer housing (10) in a safety position a manual actuator (30), which is adapted to actuate said delivery device (54) and which can be moved relatively to said outer housing (10) between a neutral relative position and an actuated relative position, wherein said cap (70) and said manual actuator (30) cooperate in such a manner that displacement of the manual actuator (30) is mechanically blocked when said cap (70) is in its safety position.In the present invention, provision is made for at least one locking element (32) that is movable in relation to the outer housing to be present, movement of said blocking element in relation to the outer housing (10) being constrainedly coupled with the movement of the manual actuator (30), which blocking element (32) extends, at least in the actuated position of the manual actuator (30), through a hole (22) in the outer housing (10) to a region of the cap in which the cap is in its safety position.The use thereof for liquids, more particularly for pharmaceutical liquids that are dangerous to children.

The other neck (20) carries a closed second reservoir body (14) including a second medium. When the closure (9) is opened, the second medium is transferred into the first reservoir body (13) where it is mixed with or dissolved in the first medium. Thereafter, the mixed media can be discharged by the dosing pump (11) from the first reservoir body (13) in discrete doses in sequence. Thus, the media are stored separately and are not merged until being discharged.
