    • To make a connecting structure of optical connectors capable of constantly and stably keeping optical connector plugs connected in a laterally aligned state through an optical connector clip, the structure includes boots formed to have fitted parts in an annular groove shape or a ringlike projection shape on an outer peripheries thereof; and a clip body including a plurality of boot inserting parts, which are adjacently provided and have fitting parts in a ringlike projection shape or an annular groove shape on an inner peripheries thereof, so as to fit the fitting parts to the fitted parts of the boots, wherein both side faces of the clip body are formed to have slit parts communicating with the boot inserting parts so as to be deformed in an expanding direction.

    • A database processing system using a multi-processor including a plurality of processor modules each having a local memory connected to an external shared memory. The database processing system includes a composite structure definition control part for defining an administrative processor module for controlling an access to a composite structure of a database which has a storage structure independent of a logical structure; and a maintenance/selection control part in an optimum control processor for providing a function of access-controlling a shared process and a local process when an access request arises for a database composite structure, and for dynamically switching the access control process for the composite structure according to the access frequency notified by each processor module. The system may further include an operation continuing control part for providing a controlling function for a recovery process for the composite structure of a database to be locally processed or shared-processed, and for performing a recovery process according to an access control process type for the composite structure of the database when the processor module falls in error, by replacing the erroneous processor module with another single processor module or a plurality of processor modules.

    • A modular plug includes a dielectric housing, a plurality of terminals, and a signal transmission cable. The dielectric housing has a cable insertion end, a mating end opposite to the cable insertion end, a lower body portion, and an upper lid portion connected to the lower body portion. The lower body portion extends from the cable insertion end to the mating end. The lower body portion has a plurality of terminal grooves formed adjacent to the mating end, and a cable receiving space extending from the cable insertion end adjacent to the terminal grooves. The upper lid portion is operable relative to the lower body portion to expose the cable receiving space. The terminals are inserted into the cable receiving space through the terminal grooves. The signal transmission cable is received in the cable receiving space, and has a plurality of conductive wires that extend adjacent to the terminal grooves, respectively, and that are connected electrically to the terminals. The upper lid portion lies over the cable receiving space without extending to the terminal grooves, and has a protrusion projecting into the cable receiving space to press the signal transmission cable against the lower body portion.
