The vertical pillars, the connection lines, the lower via plugs are provided in a cell region, and the dummy connection line and the dummy via plug are provided in a dummy region.

The icemaker has pulse-electrothermal ice release and includes an ice-making tray having several ice forming portions in which water is stored and ice is formed; and a housing surrounding the ice-making tray provided with at least one cold air inlet and/or ice ejection port through which cold air is supplied and ice released along a bent channel. The cold air inlet and/or ice ejection ports are baffled to prevent contact with a user's fingers and thereby reduce the possibility of electric shock.

The method includes converting, in a color image consisting of a plurality of pixels, a pixel value of each pixel in a RGB color space into a pixel value in a new color space through color space conversion, extracting color information using the pixel value in the new color space, calculating a luminance change amount of each pixel using the extracted color information, calculating a luminance value for the grayscale image by combining an original luminance value of each pixel and the luminance change amount, and creating the grayscale image according to the calculated luminance value. In converting color image into grayscale image and representing the grayscale image, the luminance change amount is set according to a property of each color perceived by humans and added to original luminance value, thereby explicitly discriminating among objects.

In the method a Radio Resource Control (RRC) layer receives a downlink reset message from a network, determines whether the RRC layer receives an unrecoverable error report from a Radio Link Control (RLC) layer during a downlink reset; transmits an uplink response message to the network, when the downlink reset is completed; determines whether an unrecoverable error ignore condition is met, when the RRC layer receives the unrecoverable error report; and ignores the unrecoverable error when the unrecoverable error ignore condition is met. The RLC layer then performs data transmission and reception.
