摘要： An access admission control method and system for and SAE/LTE system is provided for determining whether to accept or reject an access of a User Equipment (UE) to a Home evolved Node B (HeNB) based on the subscriber information of the UE. In an access admission control method according to the present invention, a HeNB or HeNB Gateway (HGW) transmits, when an access request message is received from a UE, the access request message to a Mobility Management Entity (MME) together with a CSG ID of the HeNB, and the MME determines, whether to accept or reject the access of the UE to the HeNB based on whether the CSG ID is contained in a white list associated with the UE.

摘要： A system is provided that provides a voice call service over a Circuit Switching (CS) domain to a User Equipment (UE) that was receiving a service in a Packet Switching (PS) domain. A Mobile Management Entity (MME) sends a paging message to the UE to provide a service in the CS domain. The MME sends a suspend request message requesting suspension of the service being provided to the UE in the PS domain, upon receiving a report message indicating that the UE has switched to the CS domain. A gateway suspends the service in the PS domain upon receiving the suspend request message from the MME.

摘要： A method and system for managing handover from a first radio access network to second radio access network is provided. The method includes receiving information associated with one or more neighboring cells from a User Equipment (UE). The information associated with the one or more neighboring cell is measurement reports. Thereafter, the method deciding to perform Handover (HO) based on the measurement reports for the UE from the first radio access network to the second radio access network. Further, the method identifies a target cell from the one or more neighboring cells. The method then determines target cell capabilities. Thereby, the method sends at least one of a handover required message and a relocation required message along with the target cell capabilities to a core network element. The core network element then manages voice bearers and non-voice bearers based on the target cell capabilities.
