摘要： A manufacturing method for a touch panel includes defining a removing area of a photo-sensitive conductive layer and a photo-sensitive layer by an exposure process. On a display area, the photo-sensitive layer and a metal nanowire layer in the removing area are removed by a developer solution so as to form a touch sensing electrode on the display area. On a peripheral area, the photo-sensitive conductive layer, the photo-sensitive layer, and the metal nanowire layer in the removing area are removed by the developer solution so as to form a peripheral trace on the peripheral area. The touch sensing electrode and the peripheral trace are electrically connected with each other.

摘要： A touch panel includes a substrate, a photosensitive layer, a metal nanowire layer and a photosensitive conductive layer. The metal nanowire layer and the photosensitive layer are formed on a display area and a peripheral area of the substrate. The photosensitive conductive layer is formed on the metal nanowire layer on the peripheral area. A removal region and a reserved region of both the photosensitive conductive layer and the photosensitive layer are defined by an exposure process. At the display area, the photosensitive layer and the metal nanowire layer in the removal region are removed by a developer to form a touch sensing electrode. At the peripheral area, the photosensitive conductive layer, the photosensitive layer and the metal nanowire layer in the removal region are removed by a developer to form a peripheral conductive trace. The touch sensing electrode is electrically connected to the peripheral conductive trace.

摘要： Transparent conductive electrodes of a touch panel including a plurality of first electrode patterns are provided. An edge of each of the first electrode patterns has a first outer etching line and a second outer etching line that are parallel to each other. A plurality of first inner etching lines are formed between any two of the adjacent first electrode patterns. A first distance is defined between each of the first outer etching lines and each of the second outer etching lines. A second distance is defined between each of the second outer etching lines and each of the first inner etching lines adjacent and parallel thereto. The first distance is less than the second distance, and the second distance is less than or equal to 15 times the first distance. The first distance is less than a distance between any two of the first inner etching lines.
