    • The present invention is to provide a vortex device for treating exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, which comprises a first housing having a first end surface and a second end surface; a first inlet positioned on the first end surface and connected to an exhaust tube of the internal combustion engine; a first outlet positioned on the second end surface; a first baffle board fixedly connected to the housing, having a plurality of gas holes; a first vortex mechanism connected to the first baffle board; and a catalytic filter. The invention also provides a system for treating exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine. The system comprises the vortex device, the first treating device, and/or the second treating device and/or a fourth treating device as the internal combustion is a diesel engine.

    • The present invention discloses a method for transmitting a Hopping Pilot Beacon (HPB). The method includes the following steps: an HPB cell selects one resource among remaining resources used to transmit a traffic carrier frequency; the HPB cell uses the selected resource to transmit information on each of HPB frequencies rotationally and periodically, where the information on each of HPB frequencies includes the same SYNC, PILOT, and PAGING channel parameters. The present invention also discloses a method for directing a Mobile Station (MS) in an idle state to complete an inter-frequency handoff, an HPB transmitting apparatus, and a communications system thereof. The present invention helps to reduce the system cost and can direct an MS in the idle state to complete an inter-frequency handoff quickly.

    • A flow control screen for use in oilfield exploitation comprises: a base pipe (1) provided with a base pipe inlet (11) thereon; a filter pipe (2) sleeved over the base pipe (1); a flow guide layer (3) formed between the base pipe and the filter pipe; and a flow control device (4) including an inlet (41) of the flow control device, a flow control channel (42) and an outlet (43) of the flow control device, wherein the inlet of the flow control device is in fluid communication with the flow guide layer, and the outlet of the flow control device is in fluid communication with the base pipe inlet. The pipe is simply structured and cost-effective, and effectively meets the requirements in oil production.
