摘要： A power-saving method adapted in a hard disk in a computer system having a CPU and a memory module is provided. The power-saving method comprises the following steps. A data-to-be-written is transferred from the memory module through the CPU to the hard disk filter. A determining module is provided to determine whether a data access frequency of the computer system exceeds a threshold value. When the data access frequency exceeds the threshold value, the determining module further determines whether a request-queuing time exceeds an idle-mode activation time. When the request-queuing time exceeds the idle-mode activation time interval, the data-to-be-written is stored in a temporary storage location by the hard disk filter. When a condition of the computer system is satisfied, the data-to-be-written is written to the hard disk to extend the duration of an idle-mode of the hard disk. A power-saving operating system is disclosed herein as well.

When the electronic apparatus performs data transmission with the external apparatus via a first transmission path, whether a state change signal is generated is checked. After the state change signal is generated, the follow-up data to be transmitted to the external apparatus is stored temporarily in a virtual storage interface. And, after a second transmission path is established between the electronic apparatus and the external apparatus, the data stored temporarily in the virtual storage interface is transmitted to the external apparatus via the second transmission path, so as to continue the data transmission with the external apparatus.

摘要： An apparatus, a system and a method for controlling multimedia system are provided. In the present method, a received wireless communication signal is translated into a control code. Next, a reference table is looked up for obtaining a control instruction corresponding to the control code. The control instruction is used for controlling a multimedia system. Therefore, a specific remote controller need not be used so that the flexibility for controlling the multimedia system may be increased. In addition, the looked-up control instruction may be remotely transmitted to a control apparatus through a network to control the multiplemedia system.
