A computer system may implement a messaging platform that enables a messaging session to be established between an agent and a user that uses any of a plurality of messaging channels to communicate with the agent during the messaging session. The computer system may provide a configurable authorization request component that enables the agent to authenticate the user independent of a messaging channel used by the user. Based on receiving an indication that the configurable authorization request component has been selected by the agent via an interface displayed to the agent for communicating with the user, the computer system may communicate with a channel system associated with the messaging channel of the user to authenticate the user.

摘要： A system performs write protection of data that being copied. The write protection protects the data from being corrupted by applications. The system allows writes that are part of the data transfer from the source database. The system uses triggers to implement write protection. The system stores a list of tenants that are write protected in a metadata table. The system implements a statement level trigger that caches the metadata table in memory. If the cache is determined to be older than the limit specified by the TTL, the system reloads the cache. The statement may perform multiple row level operations. A row level operation implements a row level trigger that checks the in-memory data structure to determine whether the tenant is write protected. If the tenant is determined to be write protected, the system rolls back the row level operation.

摘要： Embodiments described herein provide a contextual conversation summarization mechanism on a chat platform. Specifically, a communication interface receives a first conversation line originated from a first user and a second conversation line originated from a second user. The mechanism then determines that the first conversational line and the second conversational line belong to a same conversation channel based on a channel indicator. The first conversation line and the second conversation line are concatenated as an input to a summarization model. The summarization model then generates a summary of the conversation channel associated with a timestamp. A first visualization element representing a first conversation contribution by the first user and a second visualization element representing a second conversation contribution by the second user are generated based on the generated summary. A user interface visualization of the summary is generated using the first visualization element and the second visualization element.
