摘要： An improved structure of an inflatable cushion includes: a top layer constituting a surface of the inflatable cushion, a bottom layer constituting an undersurface of the inflatable cushion, and a side layer constituting a circumference of the inflatable cushion such that the inflatable cushion defines an interior space. Longitudinal stretch bands and lateral stretch bands are arranged in the interior space in such a way that portions of the longitudinal stretch bands are jointed to the top layer to form first connection sections and portions of the lateral stretch bands are jointed to the bottom layer to form second connection sections. The lateral stretch bands and the longitudinal stretch bands intersect each other and the first connection sections and the second connection sections oppose each other in a vertical direction.

摘要： A method for manufacturing an inflatable mattress includes: Step 1, introducing a plastic material into an extruding machine; Step 2, operating the extruding machine to extrude the plastic material; Step 3, forming a tubular body in the form of a cylinder having a wall having a predetermined thickness; Step 4, cutting the cylindrical tubular body to form seamless tubular strips; and Step 5, connecting two opposite side portions of each of the seamless tubular strips to an upper layer and a lower layer respectively, with the seamless tubular strips being spaced from each other by a predetermined distance. An inflatable mattress so manufactured includes: an upper layer and a lower layer, of which peripheral edges are connected to provide the inflatable mattress with an internal space; and tubular strips arranged in the internal space and having opposite side portions respectively connected to the upper layer and the lower layer.

摘要： A mattress protector includes upper and lower central portions connected respectively to an upper end and a lower end of a peripheral portion. Each of the upper and lower central portions has a TPU lining layer on the inner side. The peripheral portion has a TPU lining layer on the inner side and a PU shell layer on the outer side. The peripheral portion also has a waterproof zipper in its middle section. The contact areas of the two central portions and of the peripheral portion are connected together by a laminator through a hot pressing process to form the hollow mattress protector. The TPU lining layers on the inner side of the mattress protector are fused together to form a sealed and gap-free inner structure.

摘要： A layered structure of inflatable pad includes at least one thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film and at least one nonwoven fabric sheet, which are laminated together through application of heat and pressure by a laminating machine. The TPU film is formed by first synthesizing TPU particles with diisocyanate and polyol, heating and melting the particles to a fluid form, and then blow-molding the fluid by a blow-molding machine to form a thin film having a thickness of 0.012-0.2 mm. The layered structure formed by laminating the TPU film and the nonwoven fabric sheet is of a reduced extendibility and increased tensile strength due to the inherent excellent tensile strength of the nonwoven fabric. The layered structure may then be processed by a high-frequency machine or a thermal bonding machine to form various inflatable pads to improve the use comfortableness of the inflatable pads.
