The minor diameter defines an attachment groove for receipt of a mount housing and a valve housing. An internal structure such as a multitude of splines, are engageable with an anti-rotation disc within the valve assembly to rotationally fix the valve housing on the stub-out conduit. Another external anti-rotation structure may be achieved through the use of various geometric shapes that interlock or interface with mating geometry located within the quick connect fitting.

Thus, an end form that is molded or otherwise attached to the flexible tube is typically formed of a relatively flexible plastic; often also cross-link polyethylene. The flexible tubing and its end form is then connected to a housing formed of a second plastic, which is more rigid than the plastic of the end form. A water supply connection is then connected to the second housing through a quick connect fluid connection.

摘要： A stub-out assembly includes a stub-out conduit that defines a major diameter and a minor diameter. The minor diameter defines an attachment groove for receipt of a mount housing and a valve housing. The mount housing includes a multitude of circumferential fingers which each include a barbed end that engage a corresponding internal groove within the valve housing of the valve assembly. The mount housing fits over the minor diameter and a retainer in the mount housing is aligned with the attachment groove. The retainer includes a partially annular set of conduit attachment legs and a set of housing attachment legs. The conduit attachment legs engage the attachment groove to axially retain the conduit therein. The housing attachment legs each include a barbed end which engage a corresponding surface located within the slot.

Viscous materials are present within the container and in the space between the wall of the container and the wall of the cartridge. As the rear thrust wall is pushed forward. the telescopic sections are captured in recesses of the rear thrust wall. More than one concentric container may be present.

摘要： An aerosol solvent weld cement composition for joining ends of plastic pipe. The composition contains at least one polymer capable of welding the plastic pipes to each other, at least one solvent for the polymer, and at least one propellant for the polymer/solvent solution. The composition is maintained under pressure greater than atmospheric pressure in an aerosol container. A female omnidirectional valve is disclosed for use in the aerosol container. This valve comprises a valve body having an omnidirectional attachment which contains a check valve container made up of a constricted lower end, a top surface, a lateral opening, and a check ball for opening and closing passageways. This valve allows the solvent weld cement composition to be applied to pipes from any angle.
