摘要： Optic group for a lighting system including a plurality of solid state light sources, includes a plurality of optics each positionable in proximity of at least a correspondent solid state light source, a planar housing matrix of the plurality of optics for facilitating assembly of the lighting system. The assembling method includes sequentially: a) rotating at least a first asymmetric optic with respect to a third axis, parallel to a longitudinal axis of at least a correspondent solid state light source, at a first predetermined angle measured with respect to an axis orthogonal to the third axis, so as to lead the first asymmetric optic in a first configuration which is rotated with respect to the third axis and centered over the correspondent housing; b) coupling the first asymmetric optic to a correspondent housing of the planar housing matrix, and maintaining the same in the first rotated configuration.

The optic includes a disc shaped first element extending externally with respect to said second element in an orthogonal direction to a longitudinal direction, and the first element and the second element are mutually integral through injection molding, and realized in one single piece through injection molding using optic grade transparent silicone elastomer for making a LED lighting device waterproof and anti-shock, avoiding the need of a gasket and external glass, and with reduced components.

摘要： A reflector for a LED lighting device having an LED chip, including a second opening and a main optical surface, and a first coupling for fastening the reflector to the lighting device. The reflector includes a first portion having the first coupling and a second portion which is decouplable from the first portion. The main optical surface includes a first reflective optical surface and a second reflective optical surface realized respectively internally to the first portion and internally to the second portion. The reflector also includes a second coupling which connects and fastens stably in a non permanent manner the first portion to the second portion for make continuous the main optical surface and making the first portion and the second portion replaceable respectively with different first portions or different second portions by reducing the costs and number of moulds to make reflectors.

The axial symmetric parabolic reflector comprises a mask which is made integral with the same, besides the mask being positionable in proximity of the at least a led lighting source in a way to results substantially orthogonal to a longitudinal direction in order to avoid the direct eyesight of the at least a led lighting source through the opening.The mask further comprises a reflecting surface which includes a reflecting axial symmetric groove having a section substantially shaped as a “3”, and besides at least a filter or a lens in order to avoid the glare by indirect light of the at least a led lighting source.
