    • A test device for testing startup performance of a computer comprises a setting circuit for recording triggering times for triggering startup of the computer and a time interval between two successive startups of the computer, a monolithic chip (10) comprising an input pin connected to the setting circuit, and an output pin for connection to the computer, the input pin being configured for receiving signals containing therein from the setting circuit, the output pin being configured for sending a computer startup signal, at the time interval, to the computer in response to the received signals; and a display device (20) electronically connected with the monolithic chip, the display device being configured for displaying at least one of the triggering times and the time interval.

A method utilizing above described apparatus for testing the computer is also disclosed.

    • A fan speed testing system includes a voltage regulating module, a rotational frequency collecting module, and a rotational frequency converting module. The voltage regulating module receives an AC voltage signal and converts the AC voltage signal to a variable first DC voltage signal to adjust a rotational speed of a fan. The rotational frequency collecting module detects the rotational speed of the fan and outputs rotational frequency signals. The rotational frequency converting module receives the rotational frequency signals and determines the rotational speed of the fan according to numbers and period of time level voltage switching in the rotational frequency signals.

    • A thermocouple welding test apparatus for testing whether a thermocouple is normally welded includes a first comparison circuit, a second comparison circuit, a switch circuit and an indication circuit. The first comparison circuit receives a first DC voltage from the thermocouple, and compares the first DC voltage with a first reference voltage to output a first control signal. The second comparison circuit receives a second DC voltage from the thermocouple, and compares the second DC voltage with a second reference voltage to output a second control signal. The switch circuit receives the first control signal and the second control signal, and outputs an indication signal accordingly. The indication circuit receives the indication signal, and indicates whether the thermocouple is normally welded accordingly.
