    • A packet security method and apparatus adjusts a security level of the packet according to a feature of the packet. The packet security method includes detecting a feature of a packet to be transmitted, determining a security level of the packet according to the detected feature, and generating a security packet according to the determined security level. The feature of the packet is at least one of a destination address of the packet, a transfer protocol of the packet, a packet size, an application for the packet, and a designated security level for the packet. According to the method, the security function is adoptively applied according to the feature of the packet being transmitted, and thus flexibility can be provided in the application of the security function to achieve an efficient use of resources.

    • The present invention is related to benzothiophen-2-carbonylguanidine derivatives, a preparation method thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. The derivatives have potent inhibitory effect on the sodium/hydrogen exchanger NHE-I, improve the functional recovery of ischemia/reperfusion-induced heart injury in isolated ischemic heart models, and significantly reduce the myocardiac infarct size in in vivo ischemic animal models, thereby showing excellent cardioprotective effects. Also, the derivatives are protective of both neuronal cells and the brain as proven by their protective effects on neuronal cells from necrosis and apoptosis and by their ability to significantly reduce cerebral infarct sizes in in vivo ischemic brain models. The derivatives can be effectively used for the prevention and treatment of ischemic heart diseases such as myocardiac infarction, arrhythmia, angina pectoris and the like, and cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral stroke and be used as cardioprotective agents to the patients undergoing reperfusion therapy including chemicals such as thrombolytic agents, or surgery such as coronary artery bypass and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.

A multi-level video quality assessing system includes: a bitstream extractor to separate a multi-level video into a base layer bitstream and an enhanced layer bitstream; a base layer quality assessment module to generate quality assessment result information of a base layer image by assessing an image quality of base layer bitstream; an enhanced layer quality assessment module to generate quality assessment result information of an enhanced layer image by assessing an image quality of enhanced layer bitstream; and a final video quality assessment module to assess a quality of experience (QoE) of multi-level video based on quality assessment result information of each of the base layer image and the enhanced layer image.
