摘要： The present invention relates to heating trowel which processes by heat while observing the status of the working material, such as soldering iron, plastic welder, iron, hair iron and the like, and specifically it relates to heating trowel that could be used within few seconds from providing power. A heating trowel comprises a heating wire made of metal plate such as iron chrome alloy and which is thinned to the limit that it could maintain shape, an electrical insulator which is a thin plate of aluminum nitride and the like having more than 10 times the heat conductivity of said heating wire, and a trowel tip/heat storage made from copper and the like having more than twice the heat conductivity of the aluminum nitride and the like and also having high heat capacity, and formed by sufficiently adhering these components closely by pressing and the like using a heat insulating supporter. Also, it is divided into two to a bare heating trowel and a receiving heating device. The control method comprises providing a fixed large amount of electricity for a fixed short period of time to a heating wire by operating a power switch once and rising the temperature of a trowel tip/heat storage rapidly and obtaining a desired temperature by pressing the switch for a simple countable number of times. The heating trowel mentioned above could have 10 times larger heat value than the conventional one so that it could heat the trowel tip/heat storage having large heat capacity rapidly. Also, by rising the temperature of the trowel tip stepwise by switch operation, it could be controlled without a measurement device or a control mechanism. Also, when it reaches desired temperature, the stored heat is large so that it could be used without heating. Therefore, a bare heating trowel free of cords could be used.

摘要： A heat sealer includes a press mechanism, a heater, and an electric power circuit. The heater includes: a thin thermal-electrical insulator plate superposed on a heat dissipating base or on a jaw of the press mechanism; one or more heater wires each of which is a thin metal resistor plate superposed on the thin thermal-electrical insulator plate, each heater wire including an electrode and a heat generating portion; a thermally conductive electrical insulator superposed on the heat generating portion, the thermally conductive electrical insulator being an electrical insulator and having a thermal conductivity that is equal to or higher than that of alumina; a thermal-electrical insulator that covers exposed portions of the heater wires and the electrode; and a thin release film superposed on the thermally conductive electrical insulator. The elements of the heater are made to closely contact each other and fixed by using an adhesive or the like.

摘要： An impulse heat sealer includes an elongated resistance element attached to a heater circuit and press mechanism. The resistance element includes a zigzag portion formed with a plurality of serpentine portions and slits. The slits have a small width to prevent a gap corresponding to the slits being formed in an elongated seal. The resistance element is elastically pre-stretched and then fixed at both ends to the press mechanism. A protective heat-resistant layer is detachably adhered on the pre-stretched resistance element.

摘要： An extremely rapidly acting heating apparatus such as for example a soldering iron, plastic welder or hair iron, wherein a fixed large amount of electricity is provided to a heating element for a short period of time by activating a power supply switch once and thereby rapidly raising the temperature of a heating apparatus trowel tip and obtaining a desired higher temperature. By activating the switch, substantially an additional number of times, and wherein the heating element is separated from the trowel by highly heat conducting insulation material such as aluminum nitride and wherein the electrical power to the heating element is off except for the short period of time each time the switch is activated.
