    • The invention concerns a heat exchanger comprising at least one helically bound bundle of tubes, whereof the thermally conductive wall has a flattened and oval cross-section, whereof the main axis is perpendicular to that (X-X′) of the helix, while the width of the interstice separating two adjacent turns is small and constant, said bundle being fixedly mounted inside a casing (1) fitted with a pipe for evacuating gases generated by a burner (6), means being provided for circulating cold water inside said bundle, said exchanger being further designed so that the hot gases pass radially through the bundle via the interstices of the turns. Said exchanger is characterized in that the casing is made of heat-resistant plastic material and means are provided for ensuring mechanical containment of the beam in the axial direction, and for damping the thrust loads resulting from the fluid internal pressure, preventing their being transmitted to the casing. The inventive condensation heat exchanger is particularly designed for domestic use and is inexpensive to produce.

    • The heat exchanger, associated with a gas or fuel oil burner (6), comprises at least one tubular array (2) through which a fluid to be heated, particularly cold water, circulates and which is mounted inside a jacket (1) which is impermeable to gases, said tubular array (2) being exposed to hot gases generated by the burner (6), whereas the jacket (1) comprises a sleeve (122) for evacuating vapors. The condensation exchanger, particularly designed for domestic use, enables cold and dry vapors to be discharged into the atmosphere and supplies the burner with clean, pre-heated combustion air.

    • The invention relates to a condensation heat exchanger. The inventive heat exchanger consists of two co-axial helicoidal tube bundles which are positioned end-to-end, one of said bundles (2a) serving as a primary exchanger and the other (2b) serving as a secondary exchanger. Each of the aforementioned bundles comprises a tube and/or a group of flat tubes which are mounted inside a gas-impermeable casing (1). Moreover, means are provided to circulate at least one fluid to he heated inside the tubes, the casing (1) being equipped with a gas exhaust sleeve (122). In this way, a first hot gas, known as the main gas, which is, for example, generated by a burner (6), passes radially through the voids in the bundles. A deflector system (7) ensures that said main hot gas first passes through the primary exchanger (2a) from inside outwards and, subsequently, the secondary exchanger (2b) from outside inwards, after which it is discharged from the exchanger through the above-mentioned sleeve (122). The deflector (7) comprises two adjoining parallel plates (7a, 7b) which are made from a thermally-insulating material. In this way, a second (additional) hot gas can be introduced between the aforementioned plates in order to heat the fluid circulating in the secondary exchanger or to contribute to the heating thereof. The inventive condensation exchanger is suitable, for example, for domestic use.
