    • An internal voltage generating circuit includes a first voltage application unit, a second voltage application unit, a first regulator, a second regulator, and a controller. The first and second voltage application units respectively provide a first voltage and a second voltage. The controller generates a bulk voltage, a first control signal, and a second control signal from the first and second voltages. The first regulator is enabled or disabled according to the first control signal and generates and outputs the first internal voltage based on the bulk voltage, the first voltage, and a first reference voltage. The second regulator is enabled or disabled according to the second control signal and generates and outputs the second internal voltage based on the bulk voltage, the second voltage, and a second reference voltage.

    • Example embodiments relate to an internal power supply voltage generating device. The internal power supply voltage generating device may include a start-up voltage generating part, a reference voltage generating part, and/or an internal power supply voltage generating part. The start-up voltage generating part may be configured to generate a start-up voltage using an external power supply voltage. The reference voltage generating part may be configured to generate a reference voltage using the start-up voltage. The internal power supply voltage generating part may be configured to generate an internal power supply voltage using the reference voltage and the external power supply voltage. The start-up voltage generating part may be turned off by the reference voltage generated by the reference voltage generating part. Example embodiments also relate to a method of generating an internal power supply voltage.

    • Example embodiments relate to an internal power supply voltage generating device. The start-up voltage generating part may be configured to generate a start-up voltage using an external power supply voltage.     • A clamping device of a moving cart includes a clamp rotatably provided in a moving cart frame and including a plurality of locaters that vary with the kinds of vehicles for which the moving cart is being used, a positioning device slidingly provided in the moving cart frame to determine the position of the clamp, and an actuator selectively coupled with the clamp and the positioning device to rotate the clamp or to linearly move the positioning device. The clamp may includes a polygonal plate with locaters provided on its edges. Display units for displaying the kinds of vehicles are attached to the locaters. The actuator includes a sensor for sensing the display units.
