    • A system for purifying an exhaust gas may include a catalyzed particulate filter trapping particulate matters contained in the exhaust gas, a diesel oxidation catalyst oxidizing carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon in the exhaust gas, a selective catalyst reduction apparatus reducing nitrogen oxide contained in the exhaust gas, a dosing module located upstream of the selective catalyst reduction apparatus and dosing a reducing agent into the exhaust gas, and a control portion controlling an operation of an engine, wherein the catalyzed particulate filter, the diesel oxidation catalyst, the selective catalyst reduction apparatus, and the dosing module are mounted on an exhaust pipe, and the selective catalyst reduction apparatus is mounted downstream of the catalyzed particulate filter and the diesel oxidation catalyst, and wherein the control portion controls flow of the exhaust gas and the engine to raise an exhaust gas temperature if a heating mode enter condition is satisfied.

    • Provided is a method for improving secretion efficiency of a recombinant foreign protein in a yeast expression system. The method includes transforming a yeast host with a recombinant foreign gene construct containing a galactose-inducible promoter, a secretion signal sequence and a gene encoding the foreign protein to construct a transformed yeast strain; and culturing the transformed yeast strain under the condition that the activity of the galactose-inducible promoter is controlled. Improved secretion efficiency of the foreign protein can be achieved by decreasing overexpression-induced insoluble precipitation of the recombinant foreign protein suffered by a conventional galactose-inducible promoter-based yeast expression system, via appropriate control of a level of galactose functioning as an inducer of the galactose-inducible promoter in cells. Due to improved secretion efficiency of the recombinant foreign protein, present invention makes a contribution to improvement in productivity of recombinant foreign proteins in the yeast expression system and reduction in production costs.

    • A security control method in a cable network dynamic multicast session, and more particularly, a method of controlling forward secrecy and backward secrecy in a Data Over Cable Service Interface Specifications (DOCSIS) 3.0 network dynamic multicast session is provided. A security control method in a cable network dynamic multicast session, includes: maintaining a multicast group that is allocated with a first Downstream Service Identifier (DSID) and a first Security Association Identifier (SAID) and that is joined by a first cable modem and a second cable modem; receiving a LeaveMulticastSession message from the second cable modem; exchanging, corresponding to the LeaveMulticastSession message, a Dynamic Bonding Change (DBC) message for changing a multicast parameter with the second cable modem; and updating a first Traffic Encryption Key (TEK) corresponding to the first DSID with a second TEK.
