A first group identifier allocated to a first group of semiconductor wafers is detected. The first group of semiconductor wafers includes a first semiconductor wafer to be processed first among the first group. A first processor of a plurality of processors, which process respective ones of the first group of semiconductor wafers, are determined based on the first group identifier. The first processor is used for processing the first semiconductor wafer. The first semiconductor wafer is supplied to the first processor.

Then, an electron injection electrode made of a material such as aluminum is formed on the electron transport layer. The hole injection layer is made for example of fluorocarbon (CFx). Based on the key processes, process 1 to process 6 are classified into a plurality of groups, and the number of in-process products of each of the groups is counted by a counting unit. According to this, a determining unit determines priority orders of the key processes such that a higher priority is given to a key process in a group having a large number of the in-process products. Thus, it becomes possible to perform determination of the priority orders further according to an actual situation, and to improve production efficiency.

摘要： A disk medium, an information recording device, and an information reproducing device are provided, which are capable of efficiently recording sub-information such as security data and, if the sub-information is set as the security information, enhancing a security performance. The disk is divided into a plurality of zones in radial directions. A logical zone count in each zone is obtained by dividing a total recordable frame count in each zone by a frame count in a unit logical zone. For example, a logical zone count N1z in a zone i is given by: N1z=Fzi/F1z where Fzi is the total frame count in the zone i, and F1z is a frame count in the logical zone. However, a value given by the formula (1) is not always an integer depending on the zone, and there might exist a frame (gap region) not used for the logical zone. Accordingly, the security data are recorded in this gap region.

摘要： In an adsorbing body for humidity and odorous gas exchange such as an adsorbing sheet for dehumidification, an adsorbing element for dehumidification or an adsorbing element for total heat energy exchange, a sheet or a honeycomb laminate is impregnated or coated with silica sol containing, as solid content, not more than 30% of the silica sol weight of minute silica particles not larger than 120 Å in diameter which contain many stable silanol radicals on the surface and 0.01-1% of alkali metal ion Na2O. It is then dried to rigidly fix silica gel. Other humidity adsorbing or absorbing agents such as zeolite, organic high-polymer electrolyte, etc. may be mixed in said silica sol. Silica gel with excellent humidity adsorbing ability can be strongly adhered to a sheet or a honeycomb laminate in an extremely simple method.

摘要： A composite microwave circuit module assembly has a dielectric substrate which is formed by a lower layer, an intermediate layer and an upper layer. The lower layer and the upper layer include a lower ground surface and an upper ground surface, respectively, and the intermediate layer includes a radio frequency signal circuit formed by an active circuit element and a passive circuit element. A number of via-holes filled with metal are arranged along the radio frequency signal circuit to short-circuit the upper ground surface and the lower ground surface so as to shield the radio frequency signal circuit. An element mounting cavity is disposed on the intermediate layer with a portion of dielectric above the intermediate layer being removed, and the active circuit element is mounted on an element mounting land in the cavity. The cavity is covered by a conductor plate member. A connection terminal connected with the radio frequency signal circuit is provided in a surface of the dielectric substrate without projecting from the surface thereof and allows external electrical connection thereat from outside by a microwave circuit connection structure having a contact member resiliently urged toward said connection terminal.
