    • The invention relates to a multi-compartment packaging comprising a base part provided with at least two cups (11,12) which are used to receive the components, and a cover film which is connected to the base part. The components can be mixed together by exerting pressure on the connection area between the at least two cups which, as a result, becomes detached. The cover film is made of at least two films (20,30) having different structures. One section or one surface arranged above at least one cup (11) is covered by only one of the two films (20). Due to said selective covering of the base part and/or the components located in the two cups by the films adapted to the user profile of the compartments, the desired physical properties can be adjusted in a separate manner in relation to the density and/or light-impermability for the two cups.

    • An electrostatic copying device comprises a transparent support plate onto which an original to be copied is placed. A slide carrying a recording cylinder provided on its peripheral surface with a photosensitive layer is movable beneath and parallel to the transparent support plate. At least one gear coaxially fixed to the recording cylinder meshes with a rack extending parallel to the path of movement of the slide to rotate the recording cylinder during movement of the slide. The slide carries also a raster objective stepwise scanning the original during movement of the slide to produce a latent image of the original on the photosensitive peripheral surface of the recording cylinder, which picture is transferred to an endless dielectric band forming an intermediate recording carrier and from the latter the picture is transferred to a photosensitive paper sheet fed onto the band along which also a plurality of usual treating stations are arranged for developing the image on the paper sheet.

    • The invention concerns an opto-electronic connector system with a plug 1 and a receptacle 2. The plug 1 includes a tube shaped housing 3 with an area for introduction or output of an optical signal as well as at least one opto-electronic and/or electro-optical transformer 8a, 8b and a therewith associated optical element 7 for beam guidance. Beyond this, electrical contacts 10 for input or output of an electrical signal are provided, which are connected with the one or more transformers (8a, 8b) via amplifier stage 9a, 9b. The tube shaped housing 3 is preferably in the form a cylinder or truncated cone, which engages in a corresponding recess 4 in the receptacle 2 when in the connected condition. The receptacle 2 is adapted for integration on a circuit board. The opto-electronic connector system has been found to be particularly small in its external dimensions.

    • A copy of an image is produced by utilizing the temperature dependency of the magnetic permeability of a magnetizable material in a device which comprises a cylindrical wall having a horizontal axis and formed with an inner cavity. Along the outer periphery of the cylindrical wall are formed a plurality of closely spaced grooves extending in longitudinal direction of the cylindrical wall. The cylindrical wall is rotatable about its axis and a feeding arrangement is provided for introducing magnetizable pulverulent material such as a magnetic ink into the grooves at a portion of the outer periphery of the cylindrical wall which is upstream of the top portion of the rotating wall. Means are provided for passing concurrent with the rotation of the cylindrical wall an image-carrying sheet along the top portion thereof and for passing a carrier sheet for the image to be formed along the bottom portion of the cylindrical wall, so that when the cylindrical wall serves as a printing cylinder the carrier sheet passes the cylinder in a printing plane and contacts the cylinder along a printing line formed by the lowermost portion of the cylinder. A heating arrange ment is so located as to heat the image-carrying sheet in the area of contact of the same with the outer surface of the cylindrical wall so that the magnetizable material in the grooves located in this area of contact will be selectively heated according to a pattern corresponding to the image, thereby forming in the magnetizable material in the grooves a selective pattern of predetermined magnetic permeability corresponding to the image. A source of magnetic force is located in the cavity of the cylinder adjacent to the portion of the cylindrical wall which passes from the area of contact with the image towards the printing line, and serves for holding in the grooves only the portions of the magnetic pulverulent material which forms the selective pattern of predetermined permeability, whereas the other portions of the pulverulent material are allowed to fall off the cylinder. The source of magnetic force is so arranged that the magnetic force will terminate adjacent but spaced from the radial plane of the cylindrical wall passing through the printing line, whereby at the printing line the pulverulent material forming the selective pattern will no longer be subjected to magnetic force and will drop from the grooves onto the carrier sheet forming thereon a copy of the image.
