摘要： A cabinet for storing and selectively dispensing a variety of paper supplies in web form carries separate boxes of webs on vertically spaced decks of a turntable within the cabinet. The boxes on one deck are offset with respect to the boxes on the other deck so that webs from the lower deck can pass upward between boxes on the upper deck. The ends of webs from all the boxes are held at a common level adjacent the under side of the cabinet top, and a slot in the top permits withdrawal of any web as it is aligned with the slot by rotating the turntable.

摘要： A system for filtering stack gases and the like comprising an in-feed exhaust duct and a pair of filter vat cleaners disposed on opposite sides of the in-feed exhaust duct and horizontally spaced therefrom. A track assembly extends horizontally above the in-feed exhaust duct and filter vat cleaners, and a carriage car carrying two horizontally spaced filter containers is mounted rollably on the track assembly for reciprocating movement therealong to alternately position one of the filter containers over the exhaust duct, and then the other over one of the two filter vat cleaners, in alternating sequence. Coupling means is provided for coupling the filter containers with the respective filter vat cleaners and the exhaust duct. An out-feed exhaust duct is positioned over the track assembly and carriage and is vertically aligned with the in-feed exhaust duct. Coupling means is provided for coupling the discharge exhaust duct to whichever of the filter containers is located therebelow, and in alignment with the in-feed exhaust duct. Means is provided for bypassing exhaust gases from the in-feed exhaust duct to the discharge exhaust duct when no filter container is positioned therebetween.

摘要： A semiconductor chemical vapor deposition reactor includes a susceptor and a cover above the susceptor to reflect and radiate heat from the susceptor back onto the top surfaces of the wafers held on the susceptor, thereby minimizing temperature gradients on the wafers and reducing slip. The cover has an opening in the center through which process gases are injected, creating a Bernouli effect to draw the process gases between the cover and susceptor, where the process gases then deposit on the wafers secured thereon.

Entertainment scheduling data updates are entered into an editorial database and then used to rapidly update a real-time database. A subset of entertainment scheduling data from the real-time database may be transmitted from the real-time database to an end-user database of an end user. The subset may be transmitted across a communication interface (e.g., the Internet) from the real-time database to the end-user database. An intermediate destination (e.g., a File Transfer Protocol server) between the real-time database and the communication interface may be used for temporary parking of the subset.
