摘要： Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for calculating a housing volatility index. An exemplary embodiment includes accessing stored property value data reflecting first values of real estate properties during a first time period and second values of the real estate properties during a second time period. The second time period may be subsequent to the first time period. The property value data may be processed to identify the first values and the second values, and time intervals between dates of the first values and dates of the second values may be calculated. Value changes of the real estate properties over the time intervals may also be calculated, based on the first values and the second values. A volatility measure for the real estate properties may be determined based on the value changes of the real estate properties over the time intervals, and the volatility measure may be output to a user.

摘要： Systems and methods of rolling and unrolling secondary flooring surfaces, such as tall pile turf, are provided. The system includes a core onto which the secondary flooring surface is rolled, the core being coupled on both ends to a frame that moves along a primary surface. The system includes a drive system that allows for the conversion of the primary surface into a secondary flooring surface in a relatively short period of time. The drive system includes core adjustable speed drive units for controlling the speed and torque of the motors that drive the core, as well as frame adjustable speed drive units for controlling the speed of the movement of the frames along the primary surface. The core adjustable speed drive units control the torque of the core motors during roll up and control the speed of the core motors during roll out.

摘要： A technique for estimating the location of a wireless terminal at an unknown location in a geographic region is disclosed. The technique is based on the recognition that there are traits of electromagnetic signals that are dependent on topography, the receiver, the location of the transmitter, and other factors. For example, if a particular radio station is known to be received strongly at a first location and weakly at a second location, and a given wireless terminal at an unknown location is receiving the radio station weakly, it is more likely that the wireless terminal is at the second location than at the first location.

The key (50) comprises a body which has a basal projection (52) which extends in use into a cavity or hole (42) which is formed in the pedestal leg (24).
