摘要： A crosstalk-reducing barrier panel is provided atop of a 3D-capable image panel where the image panel displays 3D imagery by alternatingly projecting left-eye imagery and right-eye imagery and where crosstalk may develop between leaked portions of the left and right-eye light rays produced by the image panel. The barrier panel includes a base substrate, odd-numbered barrier electrodes, even-numbered barrier electrodes, first through fourth signal delivering lines, and one or more signal generators that generate a first signal and a second signal. The first signal is respectively delivered to opposed ends of the odd-numbered barrier electrodes by way of a respective first “short-path” delivery route and also by way of a respective first “long-path” delivery route. The second signal is respectively delivered to opposed ends of the even-numbered barrier electrodes by way of a respective second “short-path” delivery route and also by way of a respective second “long-path” delivery route.

The host material for a blue phosphor has high triplet energy (ET) and excellent electrical mobility and thermal stability. As a result, the organic thin film, which includes the host material, and the organic light-emitting device, which includes the organic thin film, implement a deep blue color and have excellent luminous efficiency.

摘要： A method of etching active quantum nanostructures provides the step of laterally etching of an intermediate active quantum nanostructure layer interposed between cladding layers. The lateral etching can be carried out on at least one side of the intermediate active quantum nanostructure layer selectively, with respect to the cladding layers to define at least one lateral recess or spacing in the intermediate active quantum nanostructure layer and respective lateral protrusions of cladding layers protruding with respect to the intermediate active quantum nanostructure layer. This method can be applied to create devices including active quantum nanostructures such as, for example, three-dimensional photonic crystals, a photonic crystal double-slab and a photonic crystal laser.
