摘要： A method for preparing a conductive circuit can begin with the preparation of a non-conductive substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface, and then utilizing a pulse laser to create a top circuit pattern upon the top surface, a bottom circuit pattern upon the bottom surface, and a through hole connecting the top circuit pattern with the bottom circuit pattern. Subsequently, a conductive circuit is formed upon the top circuit pattern and the bottom circuit pattern and inside the through hole, wherein the conductive circuit is restricted from being formed upon the top surface outside of the top isolation region and the bottom surface outside of the bottom isolation region.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of scheduling uplink transmissions from at least one access terminal to an access network. The method includes estimating, at the access network, at least one signal-to-noise ratio associated with each access terminal and determining, at the access network, a format for the packet based upon the estimated signal-to-noise ratio. The method also includes ranking access terminals and allocating, at the access network, resources to access terminals for transmission based on each access terminal's priority and the determined format of the packet and transmitting, from the access network, information indicative of the resources allocated to each access terminal.

Three or more spiral grooves are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole and having an angle rotated in a front direction, with the lateral direction of each spiral groove having an inclined angle. The vapor or water or oil enforces angle rotation and inclined angle accelerated pressurization.

摘要： A metal layer is deposited over a material layer. The metal layer includes an elemental metal that can be converted into a dielectric metal-containing compound by plasma oxidation or nitridation. A hard mask portion is formed over the metal layer. A plasma impermeable spacer is formed on at least one first sidewall of the hard mask portion, while at least one second sidewall of the hard mask portion is physically exposed. Plasma oxidation or nitridation is performed to convert physically exposed surfaces of the metal layer into the dielectric metal-containing compound. A sequence of a surface pull back of the hard mask portion, cavity etching, another surface pull back, and conversion of top surfaces into the dielectric metal-containing compound are repeated to form a hole pattern having a spacing that is not limited by lithographic minimum dimensions.
