摘要： An optrode may provide a cylindrical substrate two or more electrodes deposited said cylindrical substrate. The cylindrical substrate and electrodes may be coated by an insulating layer with openings or vias over certain portions of the electrodes that may provide a contact for the neural probe or may be utilized to connect lead lines. Manufacturing of an optrode may utilize a jig that secures a cylindrical substrate coated by a conductive material and a resist. A first mask may be positioned in an opening provided by the jig, and the cylindrical substrate may be exposed ions or neutral particles to define one or more electrode patterns. After regions of the resist and conductive material are removed to form the electrodes, a second mask may be utilized to define vias regions in which portions of the electrodes are exposed and uncoated by an insulating layer.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for preparing an amide. The method includes the steps of performing in a reactor including a catalyst composition having a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound and sulfuric acid Beckman rearrangement of a ketoxime to form a product stream having the amide, wherein a molar ratio of the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound to the sulfuric acid is from 1:1 to 1:8; and separating an organic phase having the amide and an aqueous phase having the catalyst composition from the product stream. The present invention facilitates the regeneration of the catalyst composition with low water content, so as to increase the conversion rate of a ketoxime and the selectivity of an amide.

摘要： An pump casing for a sheet metal pump includes a pump body made by pressing or roll forming a sheet metal, a reinforced member which includes a water guide unit and a flange unit separately made by casting or CNC machining and a seal ring engaged with the water guide unit. The pump body is a simple basin shape which can be produced with less stress concentration. The water guide unit may be made with a more precise volute for achieving better pumping efficiency. The reinforced member may increase structural strength of the pump casing for withstanding greater pumping pressure and external forces. The seal ring may be positioned precisely without dislocation because it engages with the water guide unit rather than the pump casing. The gap between the seal ring and the impeller may be kept small and constant, thus obtaining better pumping efficiency, lower operation noise and greater durability.
