The user database comprises user accounts. Each account is associated with a user identification and is also for keeping track of benefits. The promotional server is configured to perform the steps of: detecting an access request to the website by a user from a Web browser; consulting a user database to identify the user from the access request; identifying a method of calling the website from a value of a field or a value of a variable in the access request; from at least one of the identity of the user and the method of calling the website, establishing, by consulting a promotions database, a determined amount; increasing a value of the points field associated to the user in the user database by the determined amount; sending instructions to the Web browser to display one of: information indicative of at least one of an increase in, and the possibility to increase, the points field associated to the user in the user database, the points field being representative of a benefit to the user; and information indicative of the possibility for the user to register in the user database.

The method comprises: storing (200) on a memory device accessible by the server, pricing information and commission information associated with products offered for sale by a vendor; (202) receiving an electronic communication from a user acting as an agent, the electronic communication specifying a referred product corresponding to a product selected from products offered for sale by a vendor, and a contact identification; (204) generating a transaction schedule associated with the referred product, based on the pricing information and the commission information; upon receiving an electronic purchase request for the referred product, from a buyer corresponding to the contact identification, determining (208): a purchase price required from the buyer; a commission for the agent; and a payment due to the vendor, based on the transaction schedule; and outputting (210) an electronic notification over the data communication network, the electronic notification being indicative of at least one of the commission and the payment for respectively at least one of the agent and the vendor.

摘要： An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) includes a frame and a pair of front and rear wheels suspended from the frame. A straddle-type seat has a main portion and a secondary portion to accommodate a driver and a passenger. The wheelbase of the ATV is increased in length (compared to conventional ATVs) so as to increase stability and comfort for the driver, and/or to accommodate a passenger behind the driver. The passenger and secondary seat portion are disposed in front of the rear wheel axis and moved closer to the center of the wheelbase. Moreover, the combined center or gravity of the ATV, rider, and passenger is moved closer to the center of the wheelbase to improve stability, comfort and/or safety. The driver and passenger each have sufficient space to actively position themselves without significantly interfering with each other.

Additionally, the ATV may also include a tree guard positioned on each side of the ATV to protect the rear storage and side compartments and to prevent cargo on the rear storage compartment from being dislodged by trees that might protrude into the rider's path. Additionally, the rear storage compartment may be pivotable and a piston may be provided to assist with the pivoting, and the walls of the rear cargo box may also fold down to enable the hauling of an additional variety of loads.
