摘要： A round cutting insert includes a top surface, a clearance side surface and a bottom surface. The top surface includes an asymmetric chipbreaker feature adjacent a cutting edge that includes a finishing portion, a roughing portion, and a transition portion. The asymmetric chipbreaker feature includes a first rake face extending from the cutting edge, a second rake face between a bottom face and the first rake face, and a back face between a central island and the bottom face. The second rake face and the back face are sinusoidal waveforms with different periods to cause the distances from the cutting edge to the second rake face and back face to vary. The first and second rake faces are formed at different rake angles to provide effective chip control during machining operations.

摘要： The present invention relates to a pressure injection mechanism of the type which, when triggered, expresses predetermined dosages of liquid under high pressure from a dosage orifice at speeds enabling the same to penetrate an injection site which may be the skin of a human or an animal, the stalk or other surface of a plant and so forth. The apparatus is characterized by a novel triggering mechanism which assures that the apparatus may be triggered to effect a dosage administering cycle only when the dosage orifice is positioned against the injection site with a predetermined orientation. Furthermore, the triggering device, by preventing triggering unless proper orientation is achieved, enables the provision of a multiple dosage uniit wherein two or more dosages may be simultaneously administered into the same or different injection sites, administration of the dosages by triggering of the mechanism being possible only if both of the injection sites are in proper dosage receiving relationship to the apparatus.

The system includes an image capturing device for capturing images of the machine and a processor for processing the captured images. The system may further include a sensible output for providing an indication of a damaged or missing machine part. The method includes capturing images of the machine against a background which moves relative to the machine over time, selecting a pair of time-separated images from the captured images, generating a displacement image from the pair of images, comparing the machine from the displacement image with a machine model, and identifying a damaged or missing machine part from the comparison of the displacement image with the machine model. The method may further include providing a sensible output which indicates a damaged or missing machine part.
