摘要： This invention relates to a system for controlling the rate of fluid flow within close tolerances while providing correction for backlash and includes mechanical means for controlling the rate of fluid flow, means for indicating the rate of fluid flow relative to prescribed limits, means for increasing the rate of fluid flow when the rate drops below the lower limit, and means for decreasing the rate of fluid flow when the rate goes above the upper limit. An antibacklash network is provided for removing slack or backlash in the mechanical control means whenever it, in making a correction, is made to operate in a reverse direction. The system further includes means for signalling malfunctions in the fluid system and for measuring the quantity of fluid flowing through the system.
