The UE receives a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition factor indication, wherein the first PUCCH repetition factor indication is a radio resource control (RRC)-based indication, receives a second PUCCH repetition factor indication, wherein the second PUCCH repetition factor is dynamically indicated via a downlink control information (DCI) transmission and determines a number of PUCCH repetitions based on at least one of the first and second PUCCH repetition factor indications.
