摘要： An adjustment device for adjusting a vehicle seat component is provided. The adjustment device comprising a rotary fitting for adjusting the vehicle seat component, which includes a first fitting part and a second fitting part pivotally mounted with respect to the first fitting part about an axis of rotation, a drive device connected with the rotary fitting for driving the rotary fitting, and an adjustment element of the drive device for actuating the drive device. The drive device is formed to transmit a force present on the adjustment element on the drive side for adjusting the vehicle seat component to the rotary fitting, but to block a force present on the rotary fitting on the output side. For blocking the output-side force the drive device includes a brake section fixedly arranged on the first fitting part and at least one brake segment which in the presence of an output-side force at the rotary fitting cooperates with the brake section in a braking manner via a contact surface in the manner of a shoe brake.

The external gear is designed as a ring gear that has a bottom and an external wall which axially extends beyond the internal teeth. Furthermore, a holding element is provided which can be axially slid against the internal gear in the external wall, is mounted on the external wall, and secures the internal gear against the bottom of the ring gear. The holding element allows the axial tolerance between the internal gear and the external gear to be adjusted.

The fitting parts are thus securely fastened in the axial direction while access is made easy, especially for mounting the adjustment fitting on a vehicle seat or a seat adapter.

摘要： A method for producing an adjustment fitting, particularly for a vehicle seat is provided, whereby an outer wheel is associated with a first fitting part, the wheel having inner toothing, and having an inner wheel that can be associated with a second fitting part, the wheel having outer toothing, wherein the inner wheel having the outer toothing is inserted into the outer wheel having the inner toothing eccentrically to a rotational axis in the manner of a wobble mechanism, wherein partial eccentric elements are inserted rotatably with respect to each other in an eccentric receiving chamber formed between the rotational axis and the inner wheel so as to produce variable eccentricity, wherein a transmission element having an engagement element for actuating the partial eccentric element is inserted such that the engagement elements interacts with a catch of the partial eccentric element. In spite of the production tolerances of the components, overall higher quality and higher operational safety of the produced adjustment fitting are to be achieved. For this purpose, the geometry of the partial eccentric element is measured, and the geometry of the transmission element is individually adapted according to the data of the measurement before inserting the transmission element.

The adjustment fitting is easy to mount, while the cap ensures a secure sealing action regardless of the axial height of the adjustment fitting.
