    • An object of the present invention is to provide a light-sensitive lithographic printing plate material having high sensitivity, generating no background stain even when development is carried out by using a neutral developing solution having a pH of less than 9, or an alkali developing solution having a pH in the range of 9 to 12, generating no background stain even when the plate is allowed to stand after developing treatment or during printing for a long period of time, and having excellent in printing endurance and ink transfer property,and it is accomplished by a light-sensitive lithographic printing plate material which comprises a support and a photo-curable light-sensitive layer formed thereon, said photo-curable light-sensitive layer contains a polymer synthesized by using at least a compound represented by the following mentioned general formula I: wherein R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent an alkyl group or an alkoxy group each having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; provided that at least two of R1, R2 and R3 represent alkoxy groups; and Y1 represents an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and having a polymerizable double bond group and at least one of a carboxyl group and a sulfonate group at a side chain.

    • The present invention provides a highly sensitive photosensitive lithographic printing plate material capable of being used in a CTP system, which allows on-press development and/or development with water and has superior printability. More specifically, the present invention provides a water-developable photosensitive lithographic printing plate material comprising a support; on the support, a hydrophilic layer containing a water-soluble polymer, a crosslinking agent which forms a cross-linking network with the water-soluble polymers, and colloidal silica, wherein the weight ratio of the water-soluble polymer to the colloidal silica is within the range of 1:1 to 1:3; and, on the hydrophilic layer, a photocurable photosensitive layer containing a polymer having a sulfonic acid group and a vinylphenyl group in a side chain wherein the vinylphenyl group is attached to a main chain through a linking group containing a hetero ring, a photopolymerization initiator, and a compound which sensitizes the photopolymerization initiator.

    • An inner periphery of a housing 1 supports a rotary shaft rotatably via a pair of bearings 3, and a valve body 5 which is secured to the rotary shaft 4 changes at least one opening area of an intake port 19 and an outlet port 14 formed in the inner periphery. A biasing member 25 biases the bearings in a one-way direction. Therefore, the valve body 5 is moved or biased by the biasing member to the inner periphery of the collar 2 via the bearings, thereby decreasing leakage in the valve when closing. Therefore, even if difference of the thermal expansion coefficient between the housing 1 and the valve body 5 is significant, the leakage can be decreased, thus increasing variety of the material choice. In addition, even if the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient between the housing 1 and the ball bearings is significant, the bearings may not become loose due to expansion of the collar 2, therefore the housing may be selected from various kinds of material including resinous material.
