摘要： A pipe fitting configured to be coupled to a pipe. The pipe fitting includes a body that is elongate along a central axis that extends in a longitudinal direction. The body includes a shell, a stiffener, and a shell-stiffener. The shell includes a shell inner surface that defines a shell through hole that extends through the shell in the longitudinal direction. The stiffener is positioned within the shell through hole, and the stiffener includes a stiffener outer surface that faces the shell inner surface such that the stiffener outer surface and the shell inner surface cooperate to define a pocket configured to receive the pipe. A shell-stiffener seal member is positioned about the stiffener such that a seal member inner surface is substantially flush against the stiffener outer surface and a seal member outer surface abuts against the shell inner surface.

This approach therefore isolates individual or multiple cable signals (e.g., single conductors) within individual Gaussian/Faraday cages to eliminate EMI/E&H field effects for small form factor, high density, high speed (e.g., >1 Gbps) multiconductor copper based cable applications.

摘要： An air-operated sound producing device includes a main housing including a downwardly curved reed-plate formed thereon with a plurality of variously sized sound channels formed therein, a reed assembly having at least two vibratable reeds formed thereon, and a means to secure the reed assembly over the downwardly curved reed-plate. The reed-plate provides a portion between the sound channels for center support and vibration of the reed. The reed assembly of the sound producing device is vibratable in whole, or in part, over multiple sound channels. The device is particularly suited for the use of thin, relatively wide reeds. Further, the device provides for the adaptation of a variety of interchangeable variously sized reeds produced from a single piece of material. The disclosed novel device can produce a wide variety of unusual and desirable sounds of considerable volume and has applications to hand-held musical instruments, toys, novelty items, and wildlife attraction devices.

摘要： An electrical vehicle (EV) rescue vehicle includes a mobile platform, which further includes a winch and a ramp. The mobile platform of the EV rescue vehicle is deployable for retrieving a disabled EV (a “rescued vehicle”) thereon with the winch and the ramp and for transportation of the disabled EV. A charging unit is associated with said mobile platform for connecting and charging of the disabled EV, either on a fixed location or during transport. A systems analysis module can be included with the system for testing a functionality of systems and components of the disabled EV and providing results of the testing to customers. The mobile platform can be provided as an EV rescue vehicle in a form of a trailer pulled by another vehicle or integrated with another vehicle (e.g., a truck). The EV rescue vehicle can also carry passengers associated with the disabled EV when the disabled EV is being transported, charged, and/or analyzed by the EV rescue vehicle.

摘要： Methods, systems, and processor-readable media for providing instant/real-time voice alerts automatically to remote electronic devices. An activity can be detected utilizing one or more sensors. A text message indicative of the activity can be generated and converted into a digitized voice alert. The activity can also be a live utterance (e.g., a live announcement), which can then be instantly converted into a digitized voice alert for automatic delivery in a selected series of languages following the base language (e.g., English). The combined digitized voice alert can then be instantly transmitted through a network for broadcast of consecutive alerts (e.g., English followed by Spanish followed by Vietnamese, etc.) to one or more remote electronic devices that communicate with the network for an automatic audio announcement of the digitized voice alert through the one or more remote electronic devices.

摘要： An improved gas analyzer for analyzing the concentrations and amounts of one or more different gases in drilling mud returning from a borehole is disclosed. An oil well drilling rig re-circulates the drilling mud by continuously pumping it through a gas separation means. The gas separation means generally includes a fluid stop, a bubble jar and a dririte chamber in order to separate the gases from the drilling mud. A gas sample from these separated gases can be mixed with a carrier gas and are conveyed to gas analyzing means where the concentration of the different hydrocarbon components of the gases in the mud can be continuously measured.
