摘要： The present invention, in one or more embodiments, comprises water-soluble derivatives of 3-n-pentadecylcatechol (poison ivy urushiol saturated congener) and/or 3-n-heptadecylcatechol (poison oak urushiol saturated congener) as compositions for the prevention and/or prophylactic treatment of contact dermatitis caused by poison ivy and poison oak. The present invention is also directed towards processes for making such compounds. Disclosed are compounds which are effective for tolerizing and desensitizing a subject against allergens contained in plants of the Anacardiaceae and Ginkgoaceae families comprising water soluble urushiol esters of general formula (I) Tolerizing and desensitizing mammals, including humans, to allergens contained in plants of the Anacardiaceae and Ginkgoaceae families is attained by administering a composition containing at least one water soluble urushiol ester compound.

摘要： A probe for an ear thermometer has a mounting bracket, a light module, a temperature sensor and a probe tube. The light module and temperature sensor is mounted on the mounting bracket. The light module is capable of radiating different colored lights to respectively indicate normal or abnormal body temperature. The probe tube covers the light module and temperature sensor and is light-pervious. Because the probe of the ear thermometer indicates the body temperature by different colored lights and/or numerals, using the ear thermometer with the probe is easy, simple and instinctive when compared to conventional thermometers that use LCD display to show numerical values.

摘要： System and method for IP telephony. The system includes an IP telephone (IPT) and a Service Gateway (SG). The SG receives an identifier, e.g., a vendor class identifier, included in a DHCP discover message from the IP telephone and determines if the identifier is valid. If so, the SG issues a DHCP offer comprising DHCP lease information to the IP telephone, including a range of port numbers assigned to the IP telephone based on the identifier, where the range of port numbers comprises ports which are not reserved for use by other IP protocols. The DHCP lease information includes information indicating operational software for the IP telephone which the IP telephone executes to enable IP communications. The SG mediates IP communications between the IP telephone and an IP device, where the IP telephone uses at least a subset of the range of port numbers to send or receive IP communications.

摘要： Sea wave energy is converted into electrical or mechanical energy. When a sea wave is pushing up a float, a transporter arm is pushed up inside a sealed box. This pushing up motion converts linear motion of the transporter arm into kinetic energy for a chain belt and an upper sprocket which are moving in a rotational path. When the float is moving down because the sea wave is receding, the transporter arm also comes down. This downward motion converts the linear motion of the transporter arm into rotational motion for the same chain belt and a lower sprocket which are moving in the same direction as the chain belt moves with the upper sprocket.
