摘要： A plug-in circuit breaker that includes a circuit breaker housing with a limiting hole and a opening and closing button. The circuit breaker further includes a locking member rotatably arranged inside the circuit breaker housing with an upper portion close to the limiting hole provided with a locking protrusion fitting. A lower portion of the circuit breaker housing is provided with a locking driving surface fitting with the opening and closing button. When the limiting hole is not shielded, the opening and closing button jacks up the locking driving surface to enable the locking protrusion to extend out of the limiting hole. The plug-in circuit breaker is closed when the limiting hole is shielded, so that the locking protrusion cannot extend out of the limiting hole. The locking driving surface limits the opening and closing button, so that the opening and closing button cannot press to the destined position.

The data transmission apparatus comprises: a first component having a first power supply and a second component having a second power supply. The first component is connected to a communication device. The first component establishes data transmission between the communication device and the storage device. The first power supply powers the first component and is powered by an external power supply. The second power supply is connected to the first power supply and transmits a control signal to the first power supply.

摘要： A tripping mechanism for a circuit breaker comprises a connecting rod assembly and a control assembly, wherein one end of the connecting rod assembly is connected with a rotating shaft assembly for driving the circuit breaker to be switched off in a driving manner, and the other end of the connecting rod assembly is provided with a jump pin which can be connected with the control assembly in a latching manner, and the jump pin is also provided with a U-shaped groove. The control assembly comprises a switching-off latch which is rotatably mounted. The end part of the switching-off latch can be connected with the U-shaped groove in a latching and limiting manner, and the circuit breaker triggers the end part of the switching-off latch to be tripped from the U-shaped groove when being switched off, and therefore the rotating shaft assembly connected with the connecting rod assembly drives the circuit breaker to be switched off. The tripping mechanism for the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is stable in latching, simple in structure and accurate in action.

摘要： A controller for an alternating current contactor includes: a filtering and rectification circuit that filters and rectifies external alternating current; an electromagnet component driven by an output of the filtering and rectification circuit that performs actions of attraction, holding or releasing; a power transistor circuit connected to the electromagnet component; and a microcontroller that controls the power transistor circuit to control the actions performed by the electromagnet component. The controller further includes a voltage control loop that provides a voltage feedback signal and a current control loop that provides a current feedback signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller generates a control signal according to the voltage feedback signal. The control signal is a PWM control signal having different duty cycles during the attraction and holding of the electromagnet component so that the current does not exceed a predetermined current threshold during the attraction and bolding of the electromagnet component.

摘要： An apparatus having a conductor passing through a magnetic yoke and is mounted on the bracket, in which the magnetic yoke is fixed on the bracket as well. Above the conductor, a shaft is mounted on the top of the bracket. A push rod is mounted on the shaft and rotates with the shaft about the bracket. An armature, spaced apart from the magnetic yoke, is fixed on the push rod. Adjusting mechanisms are mounted on both sides of the shaft between the push rod and the bracket. Within the adjusting mechanism, a torsion spring is around the shaft. An adjusting rod is provided with a plurality of adjusting surfaces which makes contact with the adjusting mechanism. A spring force of the torsion spring enables the push rod to rotate towards a direction which makes the armature and the magnetic yoke separate.

The self-test module has two working modes; the electronic circuit breaker may be provided with or without a load current. The MCU operates the self-test procedure, indicates the self-test status, and maintains the indication for a period of time.
