摘要： A lipid nano drug delivery system targeting a brain lesion and a preparation method and application thereof. The drug delivery system comprises a lipid, a delivery drug, and a functional penetrating peptide, and the functional penetrating peptide is formed by covalently connecting a peptide chain linking a nanocarrier end, an arginine-rich penetrating peptide, a matrix metalloproteinase-9 sensitive peptide, and a polyanion inhibitory peptide. The lipid nano drug delivery system can be used for targeting the brain lesion and realizing mitochondrial enrichment by means of modification of the functional penetrating peptide. The repair of mitochondria is realized by encapsulating peptide drug cyclosporin A by means of a lipid nanoparticle core by utilizing a dilution-induced precipitation technique, thereby solving the problems that current cyclosporin A is difficult to effectively reach a brain lesion and the therapeutic window is small, and improving the ability to repair cells around the brain lesion with a small administration dose.

摘要： The present invention relates to the field of medical devices, and relates to an electrophysiological test method for an auditory brainstem implant (ABI) and a recording electrode used therein. According to the method of the present invention, there is no need to subcutaneously place an additional recording electrode for a patient, which simplifies preoperative preparation. Moreover, the method has advantages of a high signal-to-noise ratio, a fast response speed, a short recording time, and a large anti-interference ability, thus can effectively improve efficiency of intraoperative electrode test. The method is suitable for use in an auditory brainstem implantation surgery. Besides, the present invention enables the auditory brainstem implantation to be located more accurately, thereby expanding a scope of application.

摘要： A preparation method of drug-loaded micelles of an absorbable vascular stent coating for angiostenosis in an infant is provided, including the following steps: S1: dissolving a drug to be encapsulated in an appropriate amount of an emulsifying agent, adding a chitosan-poly(p-dioxohone) amphiphilic block copolymer (chitosan-b-PPDO copolymer), and thoroughly mixing to obtain a drug-copolymer solution; S2: adding the drug-copolymer solution obtained in S1 dropwise to an emulsifying agent aqueous solution prepared in advance, and continuously stirring to obtain a stable drug-loaded micellar solution; and S3: removing the emulsifying agent from the micellar solution obtained in S2 through vacuum evaporation, stirring a resulting concentrate, and centrifuging the concentrate to obtain a supernatant; and filtering the supernatant to obtain a filtrate, and subjecting the filtrate to dialysis to obtain the drug-loaded micelles.

摘要： Disclosed is a nanocomplex, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The nanocomplex comprises 0-60% a protein drug, 0.03-15% hyaluronic acid, 0.8-20% protamine, 35-95% lipid components, and 2.5-40% a apolipoprotein and/or a mimetic peptide thereof; the lipid components comprise an electrically neutral lipid and an anionic lipid; and the total amount of hyaluronic acid and protamine is 0.03-15%. The nanocomplex of the present invention provides a general-type carrier for protein drugs having different physicochemical properties (such as molecular weights of 10-255 KDa and PIs of 4-11), implements highly efficient intracellular, in vivo, and even in-brain delivery, utilized technology is universal in nature, and said invention can effectively solve the current problem of insufficient in vivo and in vitro transport of protein drugs (comprising a protein drug exceeding the molecular weight and PI of an embodiment).

摘要： A use of nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots in preparation of aerobic glycolysis detection products is provided. The carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots are selected from one or more of C3N4 quantum dots, C2N quantum dots, and C3N quantum dots. The aerobic glycolysis detection products are reagents, based on a final volume of the reagents, the reagents comprise the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots with a final concentration of 1 μg/mL-1 mg/mL. The present disclosure realizes fluorescent labeling of NAD+ in living cells using the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots, thus achieving fluorescent labeling and imaging of cells having aerobic glycolysis, which has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, rapidity, and high accuracy. Meanwhile, the present disclosure is conducive to developing a series of technologies such as fluorescence identification of exfoliated tumor cells, very early warning of tumors, detection of tumor metastases, and assessment of tumor proliferation and malignancy.
