摘要： A video stabilization method includes: measuring an inter-frame camera motion based on a difference angle of a relative camera view direction in comparison with a reference camera view direction in each frame of a frame sequence of a video; generating a camera motion path of the frame sequence by using the inter-frame camera motion and determining a camera view direction adjustment angle based on a user's view direction by using the camera motion path; and compensating for the camera view direction by using the camera view direction adjustment angle in each frame.

The apparatus may include a stage configured to load a substrate thereon, a sensor on the stage, an object lens between the sensor and the stage, a light source generating an illumination light to be transmitted to the substrate through the object lens, a first band filtering part between the light source and the object lens to control a wavelength of the illumination light within a first bandwidth, and a second band filtering part between the light source and the object lens to control a wavelength of the illumination light within a second bandwidth, which is smaller than the first bandwidth.

摘要： An image restoration system for a single CCD color video camera which comprises decorrelation modules, restoration modules and a multiplexer. The decorrelation modules are for receiving degraded RGB component signals image-processed by the single CCD and outputting the RGB component signals decorrelated color components between individual channels. The restoration modules receive the RGB component signals from the decorrelation modules, restore a frequency component lost in the channel and output the RGB component signals. Thus, signal detected by a single CCD is processed, compensated for degradation and restored to an original state.
