摘要： This invention encompasses a system and a method used in the petrochemical and mechanical engineering area, more specifically in the area of protecting pipes or similarly shaped objects against external or internal damage or wear, which comprises a protective system for the ends and the inside of coated pipes, using the coating itself and other additional devices. The system is comprised of a cup (1), spacer (2), coating (3), external ring (4), and cap (5) used in the production line of the pipe-coating process, using the external coating itself, preventing corrosion and mechanical damage at the ends/bevel, in the sandblasted area of the collar and internal surface, from storage and transport to the location where it will be used, and welding in the field or on the vessel.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for preparing fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts having porosity and accessibility controlled by the activity of water-soluble porogens. The catalyst produced can be used as an additive for fluid cracking, as additives for SOx and NOx reduction, as a combustion promoter and reduction of sulfur in cracked naphtha. It can also be used in hydrocracking, as a support for hydrotreating catalysts, catalytic pyrolysis of post-consumer polymers (rubber tires, plastic films, and so on) and pyrolysis of biomass.

摘要： The present invention refers to processes for obtaining steam reforming catalysts containing nickel, cerium, lanthanum and copper oxides, free from potassium or alkali metals, preferably with the oxide layer being located externally with a thickness of less than 0.5 mm on the support particle, preferably the support being based on alumina, magnesium aluminate, hexaaluminates or mixtures thereof. The catalysts according to present invention show high activity, resistance to thermal deactivation and resistance to coke accumulation in the steam reforming reaction of hydrocarbons.

In this context, the present invention provides a device for repairing a hose (3) of an umbilical, comprising a tubular repair body (1) and a fusible element (2) adapted to obstruct the passage of fluid through the inside of the repair body (1), wherein the repair body (1) comprises an outside diameter that matches the internal diameter of the hose (3) to be repaired. In addition, the invention further provides a method for repairing a hose (3) of an umbilical comprising the steps of: blocking a first end (31) of a hose (3) of an umbilical; inserting a device for repairing a hose (3) of an umbilical into a second end (32) of the hose (3); injecting a polymer sealant into the second end (32) of the hose (3); using upstream pressure to move the repair device as far as the region of the leak, until the repair body (1) completely covers the opening/leak site (4); flushing the polymer sealant between the internal wall of the hose (3) and the external wall of the device as far as the opening/leak site (4) in the house (3); solidifying the polymer sealant, thereby attaching the tubular repair body (1) inside the hose (3); releasing the first end (31) of the hose (3) of the umbilical; and flushing the fusible element (2) through the inside of the hose (3).

摘要： The object of the invention is to solve the problem of casing and string collapse of production or injection wells, which occurs due to cooling caused by injection of completion fluids into the well, by applying heat to the fluid being injected during operations, such as acid treatments, secondary recovery, scale removal, and inhibiting squeeze.
The fluid laser heating equipment was designed to perform the heating of the fluid to be injected into a production or injection well. Before being pumped into the well, the fluid passes through the heating equipment, through a metal coil-shaped tube immersed in hot water, placed inside a tank, a laser system heats the water inside the tank, the water inside the tank exchanges heat with the coil heating the same, and in turn the coil exchanges heat with the fluid passing within it. In this way, the fluid will be at an appropriate temperature for injection into the well.

摘要： The invention solves the problem of the difficulty of acquiring subsea variables by using a widely available surface variable, namely the pressure upstream of the choke valve. As surface variables have an unfavorable dynamic for use in conventional anti-slug controllers, which are based on the linear PID algorithm, the proposed controller uses a hybrid fuzzy-PID architecture, which compensates for the unfavorable dynamic of the controlled variable by means of heuristic interventions in the control action generated by the PID part of the controller. The heuristic action of the proposed controller allows it to be more robust than a conventional controller, even with a relatively slow control action, which makes it possible to apply the proposed algorithm in systems whose choke valve activation is slow. Thus, the two largest impediments for installation of conventional controllers, lack of subsea measurement and choke valve slowness, do not pose a problem for application of the proposed algorithm. This allows the proposed anti-slug controller to be used in offshore production systems without the need for physical intervention in the subsea or surface facilities.
