摘要： An electrode material comprising a powdery mixture of a metal material (particularly, an intermetallic compound) and a capacitive carbon material each capable of doping and dedoping lithium, and an optionally added fine electroconductive additive, and containing the metal material and the capacitive carbon material in amounts of 5-60 wt. % and 40-95 wt. %, respectively, is used as an active substance for an electrode, particularly a negative electrode, of a non-aqueous solvent secondary cell. As a result, there is provided a non-aqueous solvent secondary cell which has large charge-discharge capacities, a small irreversible capacity determined as a difference between the doping capacity and the de-doping capacity, and also excellent cycle characteristics.

摘要： Monofilaments comprising resin compositions which contain 1% by mass or more of a comonomer component (for example, hexafluoropropylene), have an intrinsic viscosity of 1.3 dl/g or more and a melting point of 165° C. or higher and contain a PVDF-based resin. Owing to the above composition and physical properties, the crystallinity and elastic modulus of the PVDF-based resin are altered. As a result, an appropriate flexibility can be imparted to the monofilaments while preventing deterioration in the mechanical properties.

摘要： There are provided a bottle which has a laminate structure including a glycolic acid polymer layer showing good gas-barrier property in addition to a principal resin layer and is yet provided with excellent recyclability, and also an efficient method of recycling the bottle. More specifically, a bottle having a laminate structure including at least one layer of glycolic acid polymer in addition to a principal resin layer, is obtained. After breaking the bottle, the broken pieces are washed with alkaline water, water or acidic water to remove the glycolic acid polymer layer, thereby recovering the principal resin.

摘要： A dispensing carton containing film wound cylindrically includes an adhesive retaining device which retains the leading edge of the film left after the film pulled out from a carton box has been cut by a cutter. The retaining device includes a base member, a sticking layer mounted on one surface of the base member to fix the base member on the surface of the front panel and an adhesive layer mounted on the other surface of the base member. The adhesive layer is formed of grafted copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing vinyl chloride monomer with copolymer of ethylene and vinylacetate. Preferably, the adhesive layer is formed of grafted copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing vinyl chloride monomer having weight ratio of 80-20 with copolymer of ethylene and vinylacetate having weight ratio of 20-80 in which the weight ratio of ethylene and vinylacetate is 20-70 to 80-30. Further, the surface of the adhesive layer is partially covered by a resin layer to reduce the surface area of the adhesive layer for retaining the film.

摘要： The apparatus for welding a strip of tape to film includes a tape feed roller for feeding the film continuously and a welding roller disposed in a position where the film is held between both the rollers, both the rollers being rotated in synchronism with each other. The tape is held onto the outside periphery of the tape feed roller and is cut into a strip by a cutting member. The tape is fed to be overlapped on the film while being held onto the tape feed roller. The film and the tape are held between the tape feed roller and the welding roller and the tape is welded to the film in spaced manner by a welding member provided with the welding roller.

摘要： A stuffer nozzle of a double pipe type is inserted in a cylindrical member formed by joining opposite ends of a film. Fluid material such as raw egg is supplied from an inner pipe of the stuffer nozzle to fill the cylindrical member with the fluid material. An air valve communicating with an outer pipe of the stuffer nozzle is opened to exhaust air in the cylindrical member and reduce pressure in the cylindrical member in synchronism with a timing that a pair of squeezing rollers squeeze the cylindrical member filled with the fluid material. The squeezed cylindrical member is clamped by a clamping member. The air vent valve is closed to prevent air from entering into the cylindrical member from outside through the outer pipe of the stuffer nozzle in synchronism with a timing that the squeezing rollers are separated from the cylindrical member.
