    • There is provided a self driving energy direct conversion system capable of restricting global warming by using a recycle-type and open-system thermoelectric effect device which uses a natural heat energy (reusable, non polluting, and omnipresent) and which is capable of obtaining an energy source. With a group of Peltier effect elements separated at a certain distance and a group of Seebeck effect elements separated at a certain distance, a heat energy transfer section, a power generator section, and an electrolysis section are provided. Making artificially a heat energy transfer, an electric potential energy conversion, and a chemical potential energy source (of a hydrogen gas and an oxygen gas) allows use of the heat energy, an electric power and a chemical potential energy. Hereinabove, the chemical potential energy source is made by a water electrolysis circuit using water that is easy to pressurize, compress, store, accumulate and convey.

    • An elevator hoisting machine includes a first rotary part having a sheave, a brake-side end plate, and a brake disk integrally formed together, a second rotary part having a rotor with a permanent magnet and a motor-side end plate integrally formed together, wherein the second rotary part is coaxially coupled to the first rotary part with the sheave abutting on the rotor. A sheave casing serves to cover the first rotary part and support the inner periphery of the brake-side end plate, and includes a brake main body which makes contact with the brake disk body to provide braking. A frame serves to covers the second rotary part and support the inner periphery of the motor-side end plate, and includes a stator arranged to face the permanent magnet. The sheave casing and frame are coupled together to form an external enclosure.

    • A method of producing an insert which is to be embedded in a concrete structure comprises preparing a flexible mold, setting a cylindrical core in the flexible mold, pouring a powdered ceramic material into the flexible mold in such a manner to fully cover the cylindrical core, compressing the flexible mold from the outside to compress the powdered ceramic material thereby to produce a molded green body that holds therein the cylindrical core, removing the molded green body together with the cylindrical core from the flexible mold, removing the cylindrical core from the molded green body proper by turning the cylindrical core in a releasing direction, and baking the molded green body proper to produce the insert. The cylindrical core has a male thread portion formed thereon and thus, upon removal of the cylindrical core from the molded green body proper, the molded green body has a female thread bore portion.
