    • An electromagnetic dog clutch is disclosed to solve the technical problem in conventional electromagnetic dog clutches that the friction is easy to occur between a bearing seat and an end cap of a movable gear sleeve. The electromagnetic dog clutch comprises a movable gear sleeve (5) and a fixed gear sleeve (12) that mesh with each other for transmission. A first end cap (6) is provided on an outer side of the movable gear sleeve (5), a bearing (1) is provided on an outer circumference of the movable gear sleeve (5), the bearing (1) is embedded in a bearing seat (7), a rear end of the bearing seat (7) is provided with a positioning surface, and a front end of the first end cap (6) is a vertical plane that matches the positioning surface of the bearing seat (7). The front end of the first end cap (6) is provided with a positioning pin (15), the rear end of the bearing seat (7) is provided with a positioning hole to cooperate with the positioning pin (15), and the positioning pin (15) is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the bearing seat (7) and the first end cap (6) so that they can move in an axial direction relative to each other but cannot rotate relative to each other, thereby preventing the occurrence of friction between them.

    • A mechanical unlocking mechanism for electronic parking is provided, which comprises a parking cam assembly, a pawl assembly, a parking gear, a pull cord assembly and an actuating assembly. The parking cam assembly comprises a parking guide shaft and a parking cam. The parking cam is sleeved on the parking guide shaft. The outer side of the parking cam is provided with an arc protrusion along a circumferential direction, so that with the rotation of the parking cam, the pawl assembly is in a first position where the parking gear parks in and a second position where the parking gear parks out. One end of the pull cord assembly is connected with the actuating assembly, and the other end of the pull cord assembly is connected with the parking guide shaft. The actuating assembly drives, via the pull cord assembly, the parking guide shaft to translate, thereby driving the pawl to move from the first position to the second position. The mechanical unlocking mechanism according to the present disclosure provides an emergent mechanical unlocking function when the parking motor is powered off, and the driver can perform manual mechanical unlocking in the cab without getting off the vehicle, so it has high safety and good operation comfort.

    • The present disclosure discloses a transversely-placed vehicle driving assembly, connected to a vehicle axle half shaft, wherein the vehicle driving assembly comprises a first power source and an automatic transmission, the automatic transmission is provided with a first input shaft therein, the first power source connects to the first input shaft, and a differential is provided at a joint of the automatic transmission and the vehicle axle half shaft; an intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the first input shaft; several gears are fixed or rotatably installed on the first input shaft, several gears are fixed or rotatably installed on the intermediate shaft, the gears on the first input shaft and the gears on the intermediate shaft are in engaged transmission in group, and the gears that engage with one another have different installing modes on the shafts; clutches are provided between the first input shaft and the gear that is rotatably installed thereon and between the intermediate shaft and the gear that is rotatably installed thereon; and engaging gear transmission is provided between the intermediate shaft and the differential. The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, with flexible transmission modes, which shortens the axial size of the driving assembly, which cannot only satisfy the acceleration capability and climbing ability of the vehicle but also satisfy the demand on high vehicle speed.
