摘要： The invention consists of a combination of a substance that increases the intragastric pH and an acid degradable antibacterial compound. By this combined product regimen it will be possible to obtain maximal local antibacterial effect of acid degradable antibiotics as well as enhanced bioavailability of the active antibiotic, thus resulting in higher amounts of the active compound in the gastric mucosa due to secretion of weak bases. Both pharmacological effects contribute to drastically increased antimicrobial capacity of acid degradable antibiotics to be used against local infections in the gastrointestinal tract causing gastritis and/or peptic ulcer. The invention also selects to the use of said combination and a process for the preparation thereof.

摘要： The present invention relates to an improved method for the preparation of an intermediate for bambuterol, i.e. for the preparation of 2'-bromo-3,5-di[N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy]acetophenone (1), by reacting 3,5-dihydroxyacetophenone with N,N-dimethylcarbamoylchloride in ethyl acetate, isopropylacetate, butylacetate, ethylmethylketone or isobutylmethylketone as a solvent with small amount of pyridine as a catalyst and using crystallized potassium carbonate as a base, quenching with water, removing the solvent and dissolving of the resulting 3,5-di[N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy]acetophenone in ethyl acetate, to which dissolved hydrogen bromide is added and then bromine, whereupon the resulting intermediate (1) is collected in the form of crystals.

摘要： A hip joint prosthesis to be permanently anchored in a patient's hip is disclosed. The prosthesis comprises an attachment part for a ball unit designed to be anchored in the neck of a human femur. The attachment part comprises a primary fixture which may be an elongate anchoring element which is intended to be inserted into a channel extending through the femoral collum. The prosthesis also includes a secondary fixture for carrying a ball intended to be attached to the collum after removal of the head of the collum. The primary fixture and the secondary fixture are connected to each other. The prosthesis is preferably designed so that the length of the primary fixture terminates close to the head of the collum. The secondary fixture preferably comprises a plug-like part which is intended to be inserted in a cylindrical countersunk recess that is cut into the cancellous bone of the collum and which extends to the cortical bone in at least three locations.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for treating the surface of surgical implants made of titanium or a titanium alloy, for instance dental implants, before implantation in bone tissue. The method results in a roughened exterior implant surface and at the same time a cleaning action is obtained, should there be any contaminants. The surface is blasted with particles of an oxide of titanium, preferably titanium dioxide. In this way an implant having an improved retention in bone tissue is obtained. The blasted implant is used in a method for treating toothlessness.
