摘要： A pipe system for marking bank notes or other articles of value in a closed space with a dye at attempts at burglary comprises pipes shaped as oblong profiled housings (3). Each housing (3) contains a pressure rail (5) which will be pressed up against a dye bag (4) when an explosive charge (9) is ignited. Thereby the bag (4) will burst, and the dye will be sprayed upon the bank notes through a slot (2) in the bottom (1) of a tray carrying the notes. The spraying will occur practically at the same time along the entire slot (2), and any risk that spraying should be insufficient at some places because of pressure drop in the pipe lines is eliminated. The pressure rail (5) and the profiled housing (3) can be extruded at relatively small costs.

摘要： An anti-theft system for the protection of a bag of papermoney or the like being transported from a bank safe to a waiting valuables transport vehicle, having a security apparatus for marking or otherwise making useless the papermoney or for giving an alarm in the case of attempted theft. At least one stationary transmitting unit is used for radiating radio waves along the path of transport for being received by a receiving unit on the money bag. The security apparatus is put into operation when the receiving unit no longer receives an agreed information pattern from the transmitting unit, which undergoes comparison with information regenerated at the same data rate from a shift register at the container.In one form of the system, the information to be transmitted and to undergo comparison is produced by the transmitting end and stored sequentially in solid-state memories at a high data rate at the transmitting and receiving ends of the system before each transport operation. Then, on transport, synchronized readout of the information from the memories takes place at a lower data rate for comparison, the security apparatus being put into operation if the transmitted signal is no longer received, this being sensed because of the effect on the comparison operation.In a further form of the system the memories are read only memories which may be exchanged for security purposes.

摘要： The safety box or the like, is, in particular, suitable for transportation, has imbedded in its side wall a number of randomly arranged electrically isolated detector loops which, when cut or otherwise destroyed, trip an alarm or trigger destruction of the contents of the safety box. These randomly arranged closed conductor loops can be associated with adjacent conductors, with a voltage being applied between each loop and the adjacent conductor. A timing circuit may be provided to operate, in case of a breaking in of the box, to trip destruction of the box quicker than the box can be broken into. A temperature supervising device is provided to assure a reliable operation of all the detector devices and current sources, and can also respond in case the box is attempted to be cut open by a torch.

The file contains oxidizing panels which, upon ignition, burn and destroy the contents of the file. A flue extends along the back or the side walls and along the bottom of the cabinet. Containers of water are located in the bottom of the cabinet. The containers are made from a relatively low melting temperature material so that ignition of the oxidizing panels causes the containers to melt and the water contained in the containers to spill out and fill a portion of the flue chamber through which the gases of combustion must pass and be cooled before exiting from the cabinet.

摘要： A valuable media cassette comprises a cover and a valuable media storage base. The cover comprises two ink bags filled with indelible ink. Each ink bag situated on opposing sides of an inside portion of the cover and encased by a blast energy collection plate such that portions of the bag extends partially through serrated teeth of the blast energy collection plate. The blast energy collection plates harness energy associated with a blast force causing the serrated teeth to displace and puncture the ink bags when a blast occurs. The indelible ink is dispersed throughout an inside of the cassette coating the valuable media stored in the cassette with the indelible ink and rendering the valuable media unusable or damaged.

The valuables container can be transportable, e.g. a cash box (10), and includes an invalidation unit, in particular an ink dyeing system (14). The control circuit (18) then also executes the depassivation (120) of the battery (BATT) each time before activating or deactivating the at least one control procedure (130) or a sub-routine thereof, such as the sub-routine for controlling and driving the ink dyeing system. Specifically, the depassivation of the battery (BATT) is performed before each first/initial execution of the least one control procedure (130).
