摘要： The proposed method includes an initial checking step, during which a pump of a filtering circuit is operated at a given checking operation frequency meanwhile a pump checking operation value is measured, and using the measured data a calculation of the water flow rate when pump operates at a given operation frequency lower than the given checking operation frequency is performed. The pump is then operated at said given operation frequency for a first filtering period of time. When said period is concluded the checking step, at checking frequency, is newly performed obtaining a new checking operation value, and this value is used to calculate a required operation frequency necessary to produce a flow rate equal to the initially calculated flow rate, and the pump is operated at said new calculated operation frequency for a second filtering period of time.

摘要： The present invention relates to a filtration unit for filtering the water in a pool or basin, in particular a swimming pool, said unit being mounted behind a wall of said pool, and communicating with said pool via a suction intake (3, 6) and via a delivery orifice to generate a forced flow of water from and back into the pool through a filtration tank and through a suction column by means of centrifugal hydraulic pump. The centrifugal hydraulic pump has an electric motor coupled to a centrifugal turbine housed in a pump body. The electric motor is a sealed, brushless, autonomously controlled motor that is powered at very low voltage and that may advantageously be immersed inside the filtration unit below the level of the water contained in said pool, thereby enabling said motor to be cooled and sound-proofed naturally by the forced flow of the water from the pool, thereby forming a filtration unit and a pool that have low energy consumption.

摘要： The present invention consists of a flexible pool fountain system that comprises modular segments that connect in a manner to form a conduit for the flow of water from the return inlet of a pools circulation system and in a direction to form a positional fountain feature. The connections are linked by male to female sockets that allow multi-axial positioning and the retention of shape until the system is repositioned. The flexible design permits the system of segments to be compact and have a minimal profile above and below the waterline. Within the system of conduit segments an inline sliding T-valve is used to enable the control of force at which the fountain is emitted onto the pools surface. The flexibility of the conduit segments also allows for the system to facilitate optimal positioning of a pools water return jet circulation flow. Three-way conduit segments, and the design of which they permit, allow for other embodiments to be connected that provide multiple points above the waterline that can be used to provide multiple fountain features.

摘要： A system for priming a pool pump includes piping that provides fluid communication to or from the pool pump. A valve is in fluid communication with the piping, and the valve has an open position that permits fluid flow through the valve and a shut position that prevents fluid flow through the valve. A priming pump is in fluid communication with the piping. The priming pump includes a suction and a discharge, and the suction of the priming pump connects to the piping upstream from the valve. A sensor generates a control signal reflective of time, fluid flow downstream from the priming pump, and/or fluid flow downstream from the pool pump. A controller receives the control signal, and when the control signal satisfies a predetermined criterion, the controller deenergizes the priming pump, repositions the valve to the open position, and/or energizes the pool pump.
