摘要： A system for preparing recipes with components coming from closed containers (S1-S5) provides for using one or more robotic units (1), each of which withdraws a selected container, arranging a plurality of hoppers (7.1-7.5), in each of which the withdrawn selected container is inserted by the robotic unit (1), and in each of which the container is automatically opened for loading the component into the hopper (7), discharging a preset component dose from each hopper (7), and collecting the dosed components for preparing the required recipe; a driving and control unit (15) provides for driving and controlling all of these operations as a function of the required recipe. Thereby, an automatic system for preparing recipes is achieved, which is fast, with a low processing cost, and free from risks related to the processing.

The individual containers have a generally flexible common top surface and all extend on a same side. The 5 dispenser includes a cylindrical package holder having a cylindrical periphery configured for holding the array-type pill package thereon with the individual containers projecting radially away and is rotatably mounted on a chassis. A controller system controls the rotation of the cylindrical package holder to bring a selected one of the individual containers in alignment with a pill extracting 10 mechanism.

摘要： A tool for cutting a tie wrap bound about a wire bundle. The tool includes a body portion having a generally disc-shaped cutter and cutting edge. A shield covers one side of the cutter and defines first and second shield slots in communication with the cutting edge. A housing pivotally connected to the body portion covers the other side of the cutter and defines first and second housing slots that communicate with the cutting edge. The housing pivots between first, second, and third positions. In the first position, the first housing slot communicates with the first shield slot to expose the cutting edge for cutting purposes. In the second position, the first housing slot is out of communication with the first shield slot, thereby covering the cutting edge. And, in the third position, the second housing slot communicates with the second shield slot to expose the cutting edge.
