摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a plug-in connector, and to a plug-in connector comprising a first tubular component and a second tubular component, and also a first connection geometry and a second connection geometry. A method for producing a plug-in connector is to be made available that permits an easier modification of the relative angle between the longitudinal axes of the two components in the finished plug-in connector. To this end, the two connection geometries are arranged in a connection plane inclined with respect to the longitudinal axes, such that the relative angle between the longitudinal axes can be modified by rotating the components. After a relative angle has been selected, the two connection geometries are connected by integral bonding.

摘要： An electric heating pad for warming a patient. The electric heating pad may be a heated underbody support, heated mattress or heated mattress overlay. An embodiment of the heating pad includes a flexible sheet-like heating element including an upper edge, a lower edge, and at least two side edges. The heating pad may also include a shell covering the heating element and comprising at least two sheets of flexible material (e.g., two sheets may be one sheet folded over to form at least two sheets). The two sheets of flexible material may be coupled together about the edges of the heating element by a weld. The material of the two sheets may include urethane. In some embodiments, a catalyst to accelerate hydrogen peroxide decomposition is coated on or impregnated into an element within the shell, or on the interior surface of the shell.

A distal end portion having a plurality of protrusions stacked in two or more steps may be provided in the reception jig.

摘要： A method for operating an ultrasonic wire bonder. The ultrasonic wire bonder has a bonding head with a bonding tool and with a transducer for exciting ultrasonic vibrations in the bonding tool and a controller (2) for the transducer (1). 摘要： A method and associated device for joining a first workpiece to a second workpiece employing a vibration welder includes placing the first and second workpieces in a lapped arrangement and interposing an adhesive material between contiguous surfaces of the first and second workpieces. A first compressive load is applied to a spot welding locus associated with the lapped arrangement of the first and second workpieces, and then relaxed. A second compressive load is applied to the lapped arrangement of the first and second workpieces simultaneous with applying, via a vibration welder, a vibrational excitation to the spot welding locus associated with the lapped arrangement of the first and second workpieces. The applied vibrational excitation is discontinued, and the second compressive load continues to be applied to the spot welding locus associated with the lapped arrangement of the first and second workpieces for a period of time subsequent thereto.
