    • An electromagnetic lock device includes a receptacle, a deadbolt slidably engaged in the receptacle and extendible out of the receptacle, for locking a door panel to a door frame, a shaft attached to one end of the deadbolt. A housing is attached to the receptacle, and includes a plunger core slidably received in a coil and actuatable by the coil and having a pin. An elbow includes an arm pivotally secured to the receptacle, an opening formed in an intermediate connecting portion to slidably receive the pin, and another arm having an oblong hole to slidably receive the shaft, and to allow the deadbolt to be forced in and out of the receptacle by the plunger core via the elbow. A spring member may bias the plunger core out of the housing, when the coil is not energized.

    • A cargo transportation device has a container including a cargo door accessible from the outside for closing the container and being movable from an open position to a closed position. A security system is provided that includes a latching device on the inside of the container, the latching device having a latch, a screw for moving the latch between an open position and a closed position, and a rotary motor for turning the screw. The security system has a latch receiving device, adapted to receive the latch, on the inside of the container. A controller operates a motor to turn a screw in one direction and thereby moves the latch from its unlocked position to its locked position. The controller also can operate the motor to turn the screw in the direction opposite of said one direction thereby moving the latch from its locked position in the latch receiving device to its unlocked position.

    • A keyless locking system comprises a housing with a planar plate constituting a front wall and peripheral walls extending inwardly to form an open housing. A rotatable assembly is rotatably secured within the housing. The rotatable assembly includes a rotator with a cylindrical shaft, a spring loaded retention member, a channel member and a trapezoidal end plate. The channel member has a parallel plate with a pair of sidewalls to encompass and contact the sides of a deadbolt. The first end has a retention bar between the sidewalls. A gearing assembly and an associated motor are provided. An electronic assembly is provided to effect the driving of the motor and worm gear. An associated switch initiates the driving of the electronic assembly and motor. Provided last is a control member. The member is adapted to be pressed to drive the motor rotating the gear assembly and channel member and deadbolt.

    • In an electric door lock, a spindle with a manually operable rotary knob is connected operably to a deadbolt, and has a spindle coupling ring sleeved co-rotatably thereon, and a rotary seat sleeved rotatably thereon. The rotary seat has a clutch portion which is surrounded by a stationary seat and which is provided with angularly displaced resilient locking units that normally engage the stationary seat, and is disengaged from the stationary seat to permit operation of the rotary knob to rotate the spindle. An electric driving motor has a transmission shaft coupled to the rotary seat. The locking units are disengaged from the stationary seat and engage the spindle coupling ring when the motor is operated to rotate the rotary seat, thereby resulting in co-rotation of the spindle.
