    • A motor controller, including: a box body, a capacitor module, and an inverse module. The box body includes a chamber, and a radiator is disposed in the chamber. The radiator divides the chamber to yield a first chamber and a second chamber. The inverse module is disposed on an upper surface of the radiator in the first chamber. The capacitor module is disposed on a lower surface of the radiator in the second chamber. The radiator includes a cooling waterway, and a water inlet and a water outlet that communicate with the cooling waterway. The cooling waterway is adapted to cool the capacitor module and the inverse module.

    • An inverter for use in an electric vehicle includes a plurality of elements to convert direct current power to alternating current power, first and second heat sinks to absorb heat within the inverter, the first heat sink including a first cooling fluid passage therein to allow cooling fluid to pass through and exchange heat with the first heat sink, and the second heat sink including a second cooling fluid passage therein to allow cooling fluid to pass through and exchange heat with the second heat sink, wherein the first heat sink is disposed to exchange heat with at least one element of the inverter, and the second heat sink is disposed to exchange heat with the first heat sink. With the configuration, it may be possible to cool the components as well as collecting thermal energy to be used in heating.

    • A thermally controlled, anti-shock apparatus for protecting an automotive electronic device. The apparatus includes a first housing having sidewalls that define an interior cavity.     • To improve coolant sealing or reduce the risks in the event of leakage for an electronic unit, e.g. an engine control unit, containing electric and/or electronic components which are disposed on an upper side of a thermally conductive electronic base plate and thermally coupled to the base plate, the base plate in turn being thermally coupled to a coolant passage, there is provided a particular configuration and arrangement of the components delimiting a coolant passage. Advantageously, the underside of the base plate can come into direct contact with a coolant (“direct cooling”). By making a ridge running in an annularly closed manner and being formed in one-piece with the base plate, coolant escaping from the coolant passage is prevented from passing directly to the underside of the base plate. Accordingly, the coolant passage may be sealed by a “double sealing arrangement” on the underside of the base plate.
